In the pre-pandemic times, custom Virtual Reality was already making a significant, positive impact on L&D. More precisely, research indicates that it captures attention, aids retention, and speeds the application of learning on the job. Today, the need to innovate remote learning solutions is growing, with 30% of U.S. workers continuing to work from home multiple days per week. Consequently, training approaches will continue to go through radical transformation, as we seek alternatives to face-to-face learning. That is, VR offers a powerful and innovative solution.
