2014 Compliance Training and Communication Survey - Exploring Challenges and Opportunities In Compliance Learning Programs
Compliance learning programs are valuable and necessary, but let’s face it, no one really wants to do it. Due to poorly designed courses, endless box-ticking and irrelevant information, they have gotten a negative reputation. This has made it even more difficult for L&D and compliance departments to develop engaging and effective content.Based on these challenges, we have developed a global survey to explore common challenges and opportunities in compliance. We are interested in learning what the average communication frequency is and the main tools being used to deliver compliance communication.

The goal upon receiving the results is to create an insightful report and presentation of the information.
