8 Things eLearning Designers Should Learn From Trainers
eLearning courses used to be considered as a self-learning, formal, static way of building competencies. Their users are expected to learn in minimum time, whereas boring page-turners are not very rare among eLearning offers. On the other hand, trainees are invited from time to time to dynamic, engaging workshops, which provide them with in-depth experiences and heavily influence their minds. Let's discuss which methods used by “traditional” trainers should be taken into account while designing eLearning courses, in order to bring them as close as possible to vivid and effective learning experiences.
