What do you like best? The manager and reviewer experience. It is not as cumbersome as the administrative role. Better for my clients.
What do you dislike? The reporting function. We do not leverage the reporting function because we do not find it user-friendly.

What do you like best? The customization capabilities for the dashboard, ease of use, and the integration capabilities with other platforms like OKTA and Salesforce.
What do you dislike? The missing workflows/actions that feel like they should be standard for any LMS. Example: Mass Actions, Rules, Full App version, streamed lined actions.

What do you like best? The functionality of the platform and ability to use curated content as well as custom created content is the best feature in this product.
What do you dislike? There are a couple small things with the UI buttons when playing a video that require you to complete a video once it is done playing instead of it intuitively knowing the video is complete. That can be missed being marked complete by users at times.

What do you like best? What I like the most is that it is highly customizable and offers a great amount of features, making it easy to use in a lot of different scenarios.
What do you dislike? What I like the least is the admin experience, since it can get a bit overwhelming with so many settings. It takes a while to know how to use all the reporting features.

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create content with Absorb. The Absorb free content is a nice bonus to add more variety to our LMS. Managing users and their training needs is a breeze and the reporting features are easy and manageable.
What do you dislike? I would like to see more robust functions in the content creation section of Absorb. It would be nice to have an option to add different icons/graphics and be able to automate them instead of the basic functions. There should also be a search feature in the Manager Experience to make browsing and selecting courses for your team easier.

What do you like best? The content creation is a great tool and a massive step up for our team. The detailed reporting is also very useful and something we will be taking advantage of over time. The end user experience is great and very easy for people to navigate
What do you dislike? There are some technical limitations. An issue we faced was with a live sync happening with our HRIS. There are also some tasks that require administrative effort and cannot be done on mass

What do you like best? The tool is highly intuitive, enabling any user (admin or learner) to quickly master its various functions. Moreover, it offers a wide range of solutions adapted to the different needs of a company. For me, it was the perfect tool in terms of meeting my demands (which were very specific and complex). Finally, the Absorb team has always been great. They're always accessible and very reactive to help me.
What do you dislike? The tool has not disappointed me, as it has always met my company's needs. It offers all the necessary functionalities.

What do you like best? Being able to assign groups of individuals courses in just a few clicks and being able to run reports easily.

What do you like best? From the very first demo, the Absorb platform seemed very intuitive and designed with the Administrator in mind within the UI. That sense of mindfulness or intuitiveness has persisted all the way through implementation and into our launch with the platform. Support from the Absorb Success team is fabulous! They have a plan, a process, a methodology and if you'll follow, a successful implementation and launch is almost guaranteed.
What do you dislike? Nothing stands out as a dislike, but I can comment on a feature that would save time. When importing PowerPoint slides (the import tool is very good), it would be great if there was a way to convert animations.

What do you like best? The software is user friendly, you can learn how to use it from the Admin point of view very quickly. Every action is explained within the UI and the structure makes sense. It's a solid LMS that allows a high level of customization without relying on coding knowledge. Customer Success Managers and Customer support are always available, helpful and knowledgeable. They supported us in delivering our goals during every step and they always had a solution for each of our requirements.
What do you dislike? There are not many Bulk actions available (bulk assigments, bulk updates of courses) Actions related to departments/groups are limited

What do you like best? I like that we can import content we already have from another LMS, as well as from PPTs. Additionally , it's easy to develop content for classes rather easily from scratch. It feels like they've already thought of everything.
What do you dislike? While everything in the system is pretty straightforward, as with all new software, there is definitely a learning curve. I've really appreciated their onboarding training system to guide our team through the tricky stuff. Unlike other software we've recently purchased for our office, this onboarding training was included in the purchase cost. That has been great.

What do you like best? Absorb LMS is extremely user friendly! It was a breeze to upload courses, create and schedule reports, create users, and much more! If you're looking for a great investment in learning at your company and want a highly engaged and friendly staff at Absorb to help you do it, Absorb LMS is the right choice!
What do you dislike? Absorb LMS is a powerful software! It allows you the opportunity to customize a lot of features (e.g., messages, reports, portals for different audiences, etc.). With most of these features, Absorb has curated help documents but some are a bit lacking or don't exist yet. They are responsive to feedback and do update these documents often, so I'm sure they're coming!

What do you like best? Admin side is very easy to use. Absorb offers a lot of support to ensure success. I have worked with a few different LMS' - ones with very little features to ones that have a sea of features that you get lost in. Absorb offers just the right number of features and functionality that is straight forward and labelled for ease of use.
What do you dislike? So far I have not experienced any downside to the platform. I am sure that as we fully implement over the coming months we will have some though I believe their "ideas" section is actioned quite regularly with new releases as a means to continuously improve.

What do you like best? The templates for content creation offer built-in structural options with lots of customization at the same time. The number of animations and transitions strikes the balance of being engaging and interesting without getting distracting.
What do you dislike? The functionality of embedded video hasn't been perfectly seamless in some of our content creation, but improvements are constantly being implemented, so it is a minimal concern.

What do you like best? How easy the system is to use, from both the admin and learner perspective. Also, the robust reporting features are a major step up from our previous LMS. The ability to customize the learner dashboard with our logo and company colors is a nice touch, and makes the LMS appear more consistent within our training options. One of the biggest highlights of our Absorb experience has been the customer service, which is truly wonderful. The team is dedicated to your success through implementation.
What do you dislike? The integration process with other systems, such as Salesforce, was rocky. We were left to our own devices with little direction on how to proceed. However, this is just one area that could be improved. The rest of our experience with Absorb, from the sales process at the start to the implementation process (which we are currently doing), has been fantastic, and the reps assigned to our account have been responsive and helpful. Overall, there was very little we disliked about Absorb LMS.

What do you like best? The Customer Service & the teams I have communicated with are all reliable, friendly, patient, and flexible. The implementation of our company's organization into appropriate departments and sub-departments was seamless saving us hundreds of hours! I really appreciate the visibility of feedback on other client suggestions too!
What do you dislike? I would like to see more accessible tutorial videos created based on client FAQs and/or best practice tips lesson in order to satisfy "x" condition type of content. Example: "Best practices for setting up and updating a course that is required once a year"

What do you like best? Two aspects I like most; 1. User side - it is user-friendly and looks and feels like modern technology should 2. Administrative side - very easy to learn how to use and easy to set up in a short amount of time. The learning curve is low.
What do you dislike? 90% of the functionality is great, there are 10% of minor things that could be improved to make the user experience from the admin side better.

What do you like best? Uploading courses and building curricula is straightforward and easy to use. The reporting capabilities are also thorough and robust.

What do you like best? Our support system is unmatched to any other system I work with. Our CSM always responds right away when we have questions and with the exact information we need and usually a recommendation of best practices. This year we updated both to the new admin and learner portals, and where we prepared to have a big adjustment, we didn't! The new interfaces are easy to use and our learners think so too!
What do you dislike? As we implement new parts of the interface (billboards, posters, etc) we have seen provided resources that aren't always correct and have to adjust asset sizes because of this, but once we learned what we needed to do, it was easy to implement, and our CSM made it easy for us to do this in the best ways possible.

What do you like best? Absorb LMS is very user friendly and allows me to create engaging trainings, check on the enrollment status at any point, send reminders, etc. Our implementation specialist, May, was great to work with as well!
What do you dislike? The only thing I can think of is to have more rollup team reporting so I can easily see a "scorecard" for my entire team, in one place.

What do you like best? I like that most users have no problems navigating in the Absorb LMS and I appreciate the customer support and ideas portal. It feels collaborative working with this vendor.
What do you dislike? That I cannot generate a report on multiple curricula. However, I feel like there is a lot of roadmap activity and good response to ideas so I am hopeful that will be addressed.

What do you like best? The admin side is very flexible and versatile once you understand what it is capable of. It may take some training to iron out the details, but once you get it, it is capable of a lot.
What do you dislike? I would like to see mutli-course reports become a standard in the reporting capabilities. That being said, it is on their roadmap and the Absorb development team is actively working on multiple solutions at a time which is supported by their ideas portal.

What do you like best? The customizability and flexibility of the system out-of-the-box is great, plus the addition of additional technical features such as API, scheduled data imports, etc. really expand its capabilities to be a custom fit for us. There's not much I can think of that Absorb cannot do as an LMS! And their support team always has great ideas, is extremely responsive, and pleasant to work with. The support we've received from the Absorb team is fantastic - always going above and beyond.
What do you dislike? My company would like to really utilize more social capabilities of the platform, i.e. communities of practice and increased learner interactions. That being said, the Absorb team is always coming out with new features and improvements that I'm really excited about, so really interested to see what comes down the pipeline.

What do you like best? Absorb's admin UI makes deploying and assigning training easy. As a first time user, it was immediately clear how to upload a course, make it available, and assign it to users. Because we are a smaller organization, I'm not in Absorb every day, but there's never a need to refamiliarize myself with the layout. Bright colors, big buttons, Navigation on the left, do stuff buttons on the right - it's visually friendly.
What do you dislike? I think there's a miss not having a quick search bar in the Users and Courses screens in the admin panel. When you've got 15 pages or more worth of users, trying to find out if someone in the M's finished their new-hire training can be a few clicks too many.

What do you like best? It is relatively easy to set up, especially if you follow the project plan provided by Absorb and your customer care rep. We have received impeccable service from them as well, from initiation through execution and on. The reporting and learner experience is good, with little things that can be adjusted for an even better experience. Overall, we are very happy with the product and services.
What do you dislike? There are little quirks, like buttons and icons that feel clunky or even misleading for the end-user. Also, the reporting is good, but not great.

What do you like best? Absorb provides a nice environment to create courses and curriculum customized to L&D goals. I was up and running within a day. The number of options on how to customized the environment are extensive, yet not overwhelming. Support has been excellent.
What do you dislike? It can be a bit too challenging to customize the LMS Dashboard and course page layouts, but doing this is singular, so the extra effort is not a barrier to custom delivery.

What do you like best? Ease of navigation and user interface. Absorb is easy to navigate when entering data or looking for data.
What do you dislike? Reporting! Absorb is unable to do reporting at the level we need it, which results in reports that need a lot of manual work to meet our needs. Also, tech support is often unable to solve a problem, or their solution is that we try upgrading to their business analytics service for an additional fee, with no guarantee that will solve our needs either.

What do you like best? Admin side is intuitive and offers easy templates for a variety of customizations, while the user side offers multiple layouts that they can control and different options to check in on their training progress and certificates. It's so easy now to push out training and reminder messages to mass groups or individuals.
What do you dislike? I have found some minor limitations in reporting and venues that could use improvement, but have found Absorb support managers to be very responsive and helpful in sharing workarounds. I love the community support site feature and see many great ideas there but not enough response from Absorb staff. I would love to see more comments from Absorb so that we know if something has been noted and is in the pipeline.

What do you like best? The upgrades to the interface have made the system much more user friendly, more robust and such a pleasant design. Our CSM has been stellar.
What do you dislike? The delayed support response times when submitting a ticket have been very long, resulting in extended down times. Not being able to call the support team direct for a quick inquiry or assistance is very frustrating. Enrollment delays with our new learners are also frustrating for the learners and our teams.

What do you like best? Our Client Success Manager has been hugely helpful for walking through admin user-assistance.
What do you dislike? it's not Absorb's fault, but would be helpful to integrate with our HRIS so there wouldn't be as much manual work for admins with groups.

What do you like best? Moving to a new platform always comes with issues. With the help of Absorb's qualified team of Project Managers, Account Managers this whole transition phase was smooth.
What do you dislike? The cost is quite high but definitely worth its money. I am really struggling to think of anything else.

What do you like best? Easy to use, great customer support and easy certification program creation. I also like the fact that we customize our brand.
What do you dislike? Takes quite some time to get used to how the system generates reports, but other than that all good. We are very pleased with our selection.

Everything has been simple and easy to use. Creating courses doesn't take much time at all.

What do you like best? The data grids and all the features tied to them. I've set up many data grid views depending on what I am looking for.
What do you dislike? When creating a new course, I need to click buttons at the bottom to get additional settings, but do not need to click all the buttons. I wish there was a way to default to showing only the buttons and settings I need.

What do you dislike? I would like to see some functions even further developed so they would be even more tailor made for our company. That being said, an LMS is a work in progress and the Absorb development teams works really hard to improve. Communication of LMS updates (what has been updated and when) could be better though.

What do you like best? Training records at your fingertips, the ability to deploy training across the organization with a few clicks, and the timely assistance we get when we have questions.

Not a good choice if you want simplicity & flexibility

What do you like best? Having implemented the system 2 years ago and been the primary administrator for that entire time, there isn't much I like about this system. It's just not well suited to our needs as a company training internal and external users (employees and customers) in a period of growth.
What do you dislike? The reporting is convoluted and inconsistent. There is no revenue metric reporting, so if you're selling content, you will need to pull information from three different reports and combine them in an Excel worksheet. Report dashboards have different column options, so it's difficult to see information in one place. Support is inconsistent as well; we often heard "We can't do that" as a response to technical issues. No versioning, so when you update a course, you have to re-enroll all users.

What do you like best? Easy to use, great user interface and lot of customization options. Reporting is decent but was quite buggy at first.
What do you dislike? The only issue we have encountered so far is that we cannot integrate Absorb LMS with our HRIS, but I heard it's coming soon.

What do you like best? It's intuitive and easy to use once you get the grasp of it. The onboarding process ran smoothly with no issues.
What do you dislike? Absorb is one of the well known Learning management systems around, so be prepared to pay a high fee.
