What do you like best?
It makes access to our courses easier and faster for our employees and so they are more willing to enter the LMS.
What do you dislike?
Some missing minor options like multi language settings for courses and some special functions like pre planning courses, which is availble but only with some enrollments and not with the normal enrollment options.
We love this platform. Very easy to use and reliable.

What do you like best?
The amount of support we have access to is a huge plus. Any time we have an issue/question, we can have a solution/answer the same day, often within an hour. We also like how easy the platform is to use and get set up. Building out a course is simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike?
There are a few features we are hoping will be implemented in the future, but Absorb seems to take user feedback seriously.

What do you like best?
The create Functions, the AI voice is amazing, i also liked the animations which integrate very well with the AI voice, to create interacting learning programs
What do you dislike?
The background interface , the marketing and website developers found the platform to be so rigid in terms of adjusting the look and feel.

What do you like best?
Easy to use. Easy to implement. Outstanding customer service. Absorb is more than an LMS, it's a learning experience developed with the customer in mind.
What do you dislike?
If I had to call out one limitation, it would be virtual meeting integration technology. Microsoft Teams integration is still somewhat limiting but also considerably better than it was in the past. Absorb takes customer feedback seriously and drives product development toward achieving a best in class LMS including integration with other applications.

There's so much scope to do different things. You may think something isn't able to change but there's a setting to make it really personal to your users.
What do you dislike?
There was a lot to learn when I fist started as the platform has so much ability, which was a bit daunting! But I actually picked it up pretty quickly.
It is a perfect LMS for organizations who are looking to start LMS journey. Very easy to use.

What do you like best?
Engage piece is very interesting that helps in increasing engagement within company. CSM (Tomislav) support is great in terms of resolving issues and monthly connects which helps us build a perfect platform for our users.
What do you dislike?
Manager dashboard can be made more useful by providing download option for reports.

What do you like best?
What I like most about Absorb LMS is how intuitive and organized it is — everything from managing enrollments to tracking progress feels streamlined, efficient, and designed to make both the administrator and learner experience smooth and enjoyable.
What do you dislike?
I would say that the admin dashboards could use a lot more features/widgets to be able to customize it further.
Really enjoy the flow and structure of the platform.

The ease of establishing courses and uploading materials. Visually, it is easy to find what you are looking for.
What do you dislike?
Some items I think would be intuitive are not. There are times I really have to dig to figure out what I need to accomplish to get the course where I need it to be.
Absorb LMS is a great tool for an HR dept. wanting to provide compliance and onboarding training.

What do you like best?
User-friendliness; on the Learner side and the Admin side Absorb is easy-to-use and very intuitive. Automation; the ability to set up rules for enrollments, reporting, etc...
What do you dislike?
Variables; it would be great to have more variables with setting auto-enrollments, reporting rules, etc.. similiar to Appsheet or low-code software where you can use more IF/THEN/AND/OR capabilities.

What do you like best?
It's so simple to use, whether you're a learner, manager or administrator, minimal training required. I personally love it's built in content creator, Absorb Create, a handy add-on which lets you import PowerPoint content or use AI and PDFs, links or a brief description to create an AI content with simple themes and fully editable. It speeds up our content creation process while saving money too!
What do you dislike?
Nothing! Absorb has an Ideas portal where customers can add ideas for upgrades or improvements. It's regularly monitored and I've personally seen many suggestions make it onto Absorb's roadmap and be successfully implemented. So if there's anything I dislike, I add it to the board and Absorb sees if there's a demand and what they can do to resolve it!

What do you like best?
After a year on Absorb, we’re thrilled. Implementation support was exceptional—Greg, Emma, and Raj went above and beyond. Ongoing check-ins keep us supported. Admin tools are intuitive, and we use the platform daily with ease.
What do you dislike?
There's no major downside. If anything, we miss the customization via code from our old LMS. But as a solo admin, having a simpler system without coding needs has actually been a time-saver.

What do you like best?
Absorb LMS offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface that is quick to learn and easy to navigate. It combines flexibility with stability, making it both robust and adaptable to different needs. I appreciate how user feedback is incorporated into new features, and the customer support team is excellent—special thanks to our CSM Brittney, who has been a huge support in our projects and consistently keeps us updated on the latest developments.
What do you dislike?
Managing a large course library can be time-consuming due to the current lack of bulk editing capabilities. Adding more options for bulk updates would save significant time and make it easier to implement and take advantage of new features.

What do you like best?

At this stage, I haven’t found any drawbacks. The platform has been reliable, easy to use, and has fully met my needs so far.

What do you like best?
Absorb LMS offers an easy-to-use interface that works well for both administrators and learners. The built-in reporting, automation features, and support for different content formats make managing and delivering training smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike?
The system could improve its course organization and search functions. More options for filtering, categorizing, and customizing how courses appear would help users quickly find the content they need, especially within larger libraries.

The intuitiveness/ease of use. The user interface makes it so user friendly and easy to learn. It was so easy to catch on and click around to find exactly what was needed.
What do you dislike?
I want more out of the bulk editing feature. I love the new bulk feature, that was not available a year go, but I'd love a few more bulk edit options.
It's a solid platform that is user friendly. Anyone who has used an LMS before can pick it up easily

Managing the hierarchy in Absorb for our Company is too complicated. I wish the dashboards had better display options and that Analyze BI wasn't so expensive.

What do you like best?
Support service element and reporting is what I use it for the most. The data from the system allows me to report effectively to our SLT.
What do you dislike?
Not as modern looking as others. It can be seen as quite a traditional LMS - whereas others are going towards a LXP.
Absorb is a great tool that has automated our LMS and made it easier to track learners progress.

What do you dislike?
I wish the ideas portal had a better rresponse time. They have made some updates but I wish there was more clarity on how and when ideas are reviewed.

What do you like best?
The way you can build curriculum and courses, and create the learner dashboard. Easy to comprehend for learners. I like the way communication methods can be integrated, and extra functionality like on-the-job assessments can be integrated. By assigning roles you can create a great integrated professional training platform for employees.
What do you dislike?
Very dependent on other licenses (Create etc.) for content creation. Not that flexible with other imports, or you need additonal licenses (like Articulate). Experienced some difficulties with using the SSO options, to embed it in the clients IT infrastructure.
Absorb is easy to use and fits the needs of our organization and audience well.

What do you dislike?
I would like more Amplify content in the core library for managers managing managers, not just front line employees.
It is useful and user friendly. The customized color and design scheme is attractive.

The support team and the ease of use of the platform. The emplementation team was great and shows the support needed in order to accomplish a proper training platform.

What do you like best?
I like the questions and answers abilities with many types of questions and options including why its right or wrong for the quizzes. Like that we can feature trainings and schedule trainings.
What do you dislike?
HATE that you can't schedule a course in advance. Even if the course is not visible or accessible, if you enable it, it immediately sends out the "You have been assigned this course" emails and reminder to complete it when they can't even get to it. Every other software we looked at had the ability to schedule. Having to turn on sections every time you're setting up a course was very annoying. Often have lost all work if you don't save very often.
Absorb has made my job easier, I am able to keep our staff in compliance.

What do you like best?
The simplicity and how easy the system is to use. You can navigate easily within the system and functionalities exist exactly where they should; Both from a user and administrative standpoint.
What do you dislike?
That some functions can't be automatically and requires manual work. For example, having to update course completion dates, after approving a course upload, the date should reflect the dates entered in the course upload.
Absorb LMS is a feature-rich LMS platform with lots of customization options, once learned.

What do you like best?
Our support from Claire, our Client Success Manager, is outstanding as she is very responsive! Absorb is feature-rich with many capabilities from an Admin perspective, giving me many tools and abilities to assist and customize users, curriculums, courses, and content. Absorb is also very customizable, from the landing page to enrollments, courses, messages, notifications, and much more. Building courses, uploading files, and editing user fields, are all very beneficial to our organization.
What do you dislike?
Absorb is incredibly feature-rich and customizable, but we need exclusion rules for course auto-enrollments. As our Absorb admin, I came from an entirely new LMS system and had to learn a lot to confidently understand it. While Absorb offers a lot of online articles/content to help guide your learning and how to use it, much of my learning was by "doing" with trial and error. Someone who is not tech-savvy could struggle to learn it quickly.

Intuitive user and admin experience. Robust customization available for any type of program you'd like to implement. Responsive support and feedback to client-provided feature requests.
What do you dislike?
The Analyze dashboard feature is not intuitive for the metrics we would like to work with - not very many tutorials. The purchase came with some hours of Professional Services, but it was difficult to use the services.
Absorb is a very easy LMS to learn. i love it a lot and definitely recommend.

What do you like best?
It is very user-friendly for both users and admins. As enterprise admins, we quickly learned the LMS and taught our supporting teams how to use it. Learners took well to the LMS, and we saw an uptick in learner engagement and usage compared to our former LMS.
What do you dislike?
It would be great if reporting were more accessible and streamlined without purchasing more integrations.
Absorb makes it easy to build out and deploy courses to be accessed by our users across the globe.

What do you like best?
Absorb has created a straightforward product to build courses with many customization options. It is easy to pull data such as completion rates and user logins to track LMS user implementation. The Create feature offers a super easy way to build courses for users with very little background in websites. Having a CSM like Olga who is dedicated to our businesses success helps us to recognize gaps, provide best practices and take our virtual and in-person learning to the next level.
What do you dislike?
Some features have not been developed yet like integrating reminders to text messages but we are able to add them to a list for their development team to review and potentially build in the future.

Implementation, integration, functionality and Knowledge center resources. The customer support is a TEN, Our CSM Olga Mendoza is exceptional, she’s knowledgeable, personable, responsive and provides constant value!
What do you dislike?
Reporting options is lacking, administrator functionality when starting isn’t intuitive, however once you understand system structure it’s much easier to navigate.
I can't say enough good things about this platform. The support from Absorb team is just amazing!

The level of customer service is amazing. The platform is great but the people make it amazing.
What do you dislike?
There are a few things that I would want fixed but they are minor. Like different views/information in the reporting area. BUT on the plus side the feedback I give I know is always taken into consideration and hopefully will be fixed in the future!

Create Content is great to use and is really stable. The publishing and course content is really nice.
What do you dislike?
Tried the mobile app, but it was inconsistent and did not update back to the server consistently. Had to use the web browser instead.

What do you like best?
My old review autopopulated for this, but I still couldn't emphasize more how great the customer support services have been; our Client Success Manager Stephanie has been wonderful to work with and has personally made my job much easier. Every time I've had an issue, Stephanie and Absorb have been there to help resolve it promptly. I am sad to be leaving Absorb because of how great their customer service has been, especially from Stephanie and Olga.
What do you dislike?
I do not care very much for the lack of being able to schedule custom recurring reports, and the file manager had previously not been great before the recent update. Overall though there are few things I don't like about Absorb.

The automation for enrolling staff into training and re-enrolling staff into annual training is a giant time saver.
What do you dislike?
The built-in assessment builder could be improved. Compared to the rest of the system, it lacks options and visual appeal.

What do you like best?
The ease of use for both administrators and end-users is the biggest benefit of the Absorb LMS. The service provided by Absorb is unparalleled. The speed in which Absorb responds to incidents and their follow-up is stellar. Our partnership with our client success manager helps to keep us up-to-date with updates/changes/maintenance. Finally, the platform is reliable and allows us to deliver content across various geographic locations in a hospital environment that operates 24/7.
What do you dislike?
To be honest, I am hard pressed to find any aspect of Absorb (the product or service) that I dislike. The only possible thing I could come up with is perhaps some of the generic updates that come out from the company that don't apply to the services/features we have, but honestly, it is nice to see what Absorb is working on, should we ever have a future need to add those features onto our existing contract.
It is clear, well organized and logical. It efficiently does what it should.

What do you like best?
The support model is top tier. Our designated implementation managers have been incredibly helpful and are very responsive. I'm impressed with the 24/7 support, they respond quickly as well. Our integration and implementation went smoothly and the transition to using the software was quick. I also love the UI, it's intuitive both for learners and admins. Our team utilizes the enrollment rules and course curriculums heavily and they save us a lot of time compared to our previous system.
What do you dislike?
Some ILC functionalities could use some work, such as marking absences, creating recurring sessions on different dates, etc. I also wish it was more intuitive to bulk enroll or unenroll users from a specific course. There are also some limitations with custom admin access, we'd like to narrow access for SME's to see only their dept., but this system gives all the data to a custom admin which isn't ideal.
Absorb is a great tool to centralize learning content for our organization!

I enjoy the Absorb Create module that allows us to create custom content for our community. Our software is complex and Absorb allows us to create educational content to break down concepts for our learners.
What do you dislike?
Absorb has quite a few settings that take some getting used to, but overall, it is still a great system.

What do you like best?
I appreciate the function that allows me to create multiple sessions for a course that is led by an instructor and when enrolling a user I can select multiple sessions. It makes my work much more efficient.
What do you dislike?
I don’t like that when needing to select multiple departments/locations in a filter I have to select one at a time, for creating reports this can be tedious.
Absorb LMS has every feature I needed to support employees at my organization.

What do you like best?
What I like most is the ease of use. It is very quick to learn and provides so many functions that make my day-to-day much easier. I also love the technical support. If I do have a question, they are quick to answer.
What do you dislike?
The one thing that comes to mind is the fact that when I am bulk enrolling individuals, there is no drop box for it. I wish there was a way that I could copy a large number of usernames, paste it into Absorb, and it would enroll them in a certain training.
It is pretty decent, but it could definitely be better.

What do you like best?
It is fairly easy to use. One thing that I like is that we can set up a variety of different admin permissions to users throughout the organization so that teams can manage what they need to do in the LMS themselves. This eases the burden of LMS management on our Learning and Development team and allows to focus on more impactful work.
What do you dislike?
We had a very poor representative assigned to us for about six months. We have also run into a ton of limitations in terms of functionality and are always directed to do the work ourselves of submitting missing features to an ideas page. Submitted ideas are rarely implemented by Absorb, and if they are, it tends to be years later.
Easy to use tool as a learner. As an administrator, the intuitive course set-up is good.

What do you dislike?
Could use more flexibility in setting up courses. Some of the add-ons are a bit expensive for a mid-sized company.

What do you like best?
The platform is highly intuitive and user-friendly from the learner's perspective. For system admins, it offers a wide range of reporting capabilities, content management options, and customization features. I am very appreciative of the technical support provided during the implementation phase, as their assistance was invaluable in navigating the complexities of the admin functions. Having completed the implementation process, I now have a solid understanding of the LMS's full potential.
What do you dislike?
Cost was the primary challenge for our organization, particularly regarding the addition of content libraries. Due to budget constraints, we were unable to acquire a content library, requiring us to develop all training materials internally, which has proven to be a time-consuming process.
It's easy to use and combines everything we need into one user friendly system!

My favourite thing about the LMS is how user-friendly the system is and how anyone, regardless of IT skills, will be able to use it. It's helped us combine the three previous systems we used into one easy to use platform. The help that we've received along with way has been brilliant. Very consistent and always there to answer any questions I had.
What do you dislike?
There's nothing I actively dislike about the system. Anything I've had trouble learning, there's always been someone there to help. Thanks Luke!

What do you like best?
Easy to use, huge amount of features that can enable positive learning for staff, excellent implementation support with someone who has tremendous knowledge of the system and is able to answer all our questions. The customisation of the system is also excellent, to make it look and feel like our own rather than a generic system. Absorb LMS is a one stop shop for learning and development and provide more information for our managers to be able to access directly about their staff.
What do you dislike?
Some elements we would like to customise are things that we have to work around rather than customise directly but these are small niggles in an otherwise excellent system.
All round system with family feel staff to help and support you.

What do you like best?
Absorb is a REALLY intuitive system. Within the complexities of our business needs, the system allows you to navigate simple solutions. There aren't complicated processes to follow and it's really easy to pick up even for non-techy person like me! The service we were also provided by our Implementation Manager, Luke Valentine, was second to none. Everyone is helpful and friendly and one of the features I personally love is that there is help at hand 24/7.
What do you dislike?
The cost of the system is a significant annual investment for any business which companies would have to evaluate cost/benefit wise.

What do you like best?
The AI course creator is best feature of the platform, it has saved hours on creating course content. The learner experience is great and easy to use. We have been able to customize the branding so that it is an extension of our brand to gain better user engagement.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to dislike at present, every feature is valuable and we have yet to find anything that we are unsure of or not happy with.

What do you like best?
I am really enjoying the system so far, the process of setting it up from an admin point of view was really informative and simple. I love the fact the content creation can be really basic and simple or super in depth, depending on what the course requires. Integration was simple and made easier by great support from Luke Valentine (our implementation support manager), he consistently checks in and ensures we're happy with each step of the learning platform & creation.
What do you dislike?
We are yet to find any downsides of the platform, we're happy with every part of our experience so far & look forward to diving into it further.

The dashboard's simplicity makes it easy for all our employees, even those with limited computer experience, to navigate. Customer service has always been exceptional, with thorough ticket investigations and prompt resolutions. Our client rep is helpful and accommodating, assisting with unique requirements. We also appreciate that Absorb gathers client feedback through an idea page, showing they truly listen.

I have nothing but positive experiences with Absorb LMS. The platform is user-friendly, the customer support is outstanding, and it meets all our needs perfectly.

What do you like best?
We have been consistently happy with Absorb LMS over the course of the past 4-5 years. The platform’s features allow us to efficiently track and analyze our training metrics with minimal adjustments. What sets Absorb apart is its exceptional support team and our CSM, who are both highly responsive and quick to resolve any issues.
What do you dislike?
Not much to add here, as even when issues arise (e.g. downtime, bugs, lags) their teams typically get back to us with a solution within the same day.

What do you like best?
System Administrators can effortlessly create and update courses tailored to the business's needs. The Admin interface is well-designed for managing users, courses, groups, and permissions, and for customizing web pages.
What do you dislike?
Managing over 100 courses requires careful monitoring, and better reporting tools would be invaluable. They are constantly releasing new features, so I'm 100% confident that this will also be optimized in the near future.

As a regular user and admin, I’m especially impressed by Absorb LMS’s intuitive design, which makes content uploading, creation, and customization remarkably easy. The platform also offers flexibility in customizing the site’s look and layout, enabling us to design different homepages for different departments.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing to report at the moment. Pretty positive that this will also be the case in the future.

What do you like best?
The staff at Absorb have been incredibly helpful, offering prompt responses and a willingness to assist with troubleshooting, even when it’s a matter of operator error. What do you like best?
Absorb got lots of good things compared to other LMS I use before. Learners can use the content easy and quick. Admins have many features to make things better. The admin work is simple, and reports help managers see how learners doing, making training more useful.
What do you dislike?
It’s difficult to find faults with Absorb since it’s constantly being improved, with new features regularly introduced.
Absorb LMS has been a great tool for customer training as well as internal training.

What do you like best?
The setup process was smooth and efficient thanks to our implementation specialist, who was exceptionally cooperative and helped our team fully grasp the product. Her customer service was excellent. Our integration with ADP ensures real-time data updates, which has greatly simplified our administrative tasks and improved ease of use for our development team.
What do you dislike?
Nothing at all so far. Will make sure to update my review should I come across any issues. So far, so good.

What do you like best?
Absorb is user-friendly, and the training offered is outstanding. I've particularly enjoyed using the AI and narration tools, along with the knowledge check features. The customer support has been exceptional, with the Absorb team guiding us seamlessly through every stage of the implementation process.

What do you like best?
From the start, the Absorb team has been exceptionally supportive. With a wealth of resources like articles and the academy, you quickly become familiar with all the features. The setup was straightforward and intuitive, making it easy to gain confidence in using the admin dashboard.

In all honesty, I can not really think of any downsides to Absorb LMS. It truly delivers!

I appreciate how accessible and thorough our CSM was when getting my team acclimated to the LMS. I am new to the L&D space and being able to boost my teams trainings with Absorb Create's interactivity features has been great.

This platform is extremely customizable which is great but the learning curve from an admin end was pretty steep. If I wasn't tech savvy I think I would have struggled.

What do you like best?
Overall, I feel so grateful that my company chose Absorb as our LMS. The training and onboarding has been really great and worthwhile. I love the content creation tools in Absorb Create and I am excited by the new AI features.
What do you dislike?
So far I have not had any issues with content creation and implementation. When I need help on any subject to broaden my own understanding, the support staff is quick to help and always are so pleasant to work with.
Absorb is a great LMS for any company due to its ease of use and customer service.

What do you like best?
The ease of use for my learners. The Manager Experience is perfect for them to enroll and see their direct reports progress. I also love all the upgrades they have been installing since we have started with them.
What do you dislike?
Integration with 3rd party content vendors. It takes to long to upload and make edits. The calendar is not linked to anything except ILC sessions and should be able to sync to Outlook.

I love how user friendly Absorb is, both as a user and administrator. The amount of training features and reporting is great as well!
What do you dislike?
I'd like to see their survey capability improved. We ended up creating our surveys in Absorb Create based on the types of questions we need, but with Absorb Create you're limited in formatting and placement options with questions, which was disappointing.

The simplicity of it all. The program is very user friendly, and easily set up, maintained, and adjusted. The customer service is exceptional as well along with all of the resources that are provided.
What do you dislike?
I can't say there is anything I dislike about the program at this time. If there is something I would love to see increased, that would be more trainings on use cases (although they do have a lot of this already).

The tool is highly intuitive, enabling any user (admin or learner) to quickly master its various functions. Moreover, it offers a wide range of solutions adapted to the different needs of a company. For me, it was the perfect tool in terms of meeting my demands (which were very specific and complex). Finally, the Absorb team has always been great. They're always accessible and very reactive to help me.

What do you like best?
From the very first demo, the Absorb platform seemed very intuitive and designed with the Administrator in mind within the UI. That sense of mindfulness or intuitiveness has persisted all the way through implementation and into our launch with the platform. Support from the Absorb Success team is fabulous! They have a plan, a process, a methodology and if you'll follow, a successful implementation and launch is almost guaranteed.
What do you dislike?
Nothing stands out as a dislike, but I can comment on a feature that would save time. When importing PowerPoint slides (the import tool is very good), it would be great if there was a way to convert animations.

What do you like best?
The software is user friendly, you can learn how to use it from the Admin point of view very quickly. Every action is explained within the UI and the structure makes sense. It's a solid LMS that allows a high level of customization without relying on coding knowledge. Customer Success Managers and Customer support are always available, helpful and knowledgeable. They supported us in delivering our goals during every step and they always had a solution for each of our requirements.
What do you dislike?
There are not many Bulk actions available (bulk assigments, bulk updates of courses) Actions related to departments/groups are limited

What do you like best?
I like that we can import content we already have from another LMS, as well as from PPTs. Additionally , it's easy to develop content for classes rather easily from scratch. It feels like they've already thought of everything.
What do you dislike?
While everything in the system is pretty straightforward, as with all new software, there is definitely a learning curve. I've really appreciated their onboarding training system to guide our team through the tricky stuff. Unlike other software we've recently purchased for our office, this onboarding training was included in the purchase cost. That has been great.

Absorb LMS is extremely user friendly! It was a breeze to upload courses, create and schedule reports, create users, and much more! If you're looking for a great investment in learning at your company and want a highly engaged and friendly staff at Absorb to help you do it, Absorb LMS is the right choice!
What do you dislike?
Absorb LMS is a powerful software! It allows you the opportunity to customize a lot of features (e.g., messages, reports, portals for different audiences, etc.). With most of these features, Absorb has curated help documents but some are a bit lacking or don't exist yet. They are responsive to feedback and do update these documents often, so I'm sure they're coming!
I think the Absorb LMS is a great tool for the leaning and development team.

What do you like best?
Admin side is very easy to use. Absorb offers a lot of support to ensure success. I have worked with a few different LMS' - ones with very little features to ones that have a sea of features that you get lost in. Absorb offers just the right number of features and functionality that is straight forward and labelled for ease of use.
What do you dislike?
So far I have not experienced any downside to the platform. I am sure that as we fully implement over the coming months we will have some though I believe their "ideas" section is actioned quite regularly with new releases as a means to continuously improve.
Absorb is an approachable, quality LMS with a number of useful features.

What do you like best?
The templates for content creation offer built-in structural options with lots of customization at the same time. The number of animations and transitions strikes the balance of being engaging and interesting without getting distracting.
What do you dislike?
The functionality of embedded video hasn't been perfectly seamless in some of our content creation, but improvements are constantly being implemented, so it is a minimal concern.

What do you like best?
How easy the system is to use, from both the admin and learner perspective. Also, the robust reporting features are a major step up from our previous LMS. The ability to customize the learner dashboard with our logo and company colors is a nice touch, and makes the LMS appear more consistent within our training options. One of the biggest highlights of our Absorb experience has been the customer service, which is truly wonderful. The team is dedicated to your success through implementation.
What do you dislike?
The integration process with other systems, such as Salesforce, was rocky. We were left to our own devices with little direction on how to proceed. However, this is just one area that could be improved. The rest of our experience with Absorb, from the sales process at the start to the implementation process (which we are currently doing), has been fantastic, and the reps assigned to our account have been responsive and helpful. Overall, there was very little we disliked about Absorb LMS.
The LMS has a great admin side and is customizable for many different departments!

What do you like best?
The Customer Service & the teams I have communicated with are all reliable, friendly, patient, and flexible. The implementation of our company's organization into appropriate departments and sub-departments was seamless saving us hundreds of hours! I really appreciate the visibility of feedback on other client suggestions too!
What do you dislike?
I would like to see more accessible tutorial videos created based on client FAQs and/or best practice tips lesson in order to satisfy "x" condition type of content. Example: "Best practices for setting up and updating a course that is required once a year"

What do you like best?
Two aspects I like most; 1. User side - it is user-friendly and looks and feels like modern technology should 2. Administrative side - very easy to learn how to use and easy to set up in a short amount of time. The learning curve is low.
What do you dislike?
90% of the functionality is great, there are 10% of minor things that could be improved to make the user experience from the admin side better.
The customer service and customer support is exceptional.

What do you like best?
Our support system is unmatched to any other system I work with. Our CSM always responds right away when we have questions and with the exact information we need and usually a recommendation of best practices. This year we updated both to the new admin and learner portals, and where we prepared to have a big adjustment, we didn't! The new interfaces are easy to use and our learners think so too!
What do you dislike?
As we implement new parts of the interface (billboards, posters, etc) we have seen provided resources that aren't always correct and have to adjust asset sizes because of this, but once we learned what we needed to do, it was easy to implement, and our CSM made it easy for us to do this in the best ways possible.

The ability to customize our trainings and the support team has been amazing. Our sales process to onboarding was flawless.
What do you dislike?
The one thing we would like to see is a better Google Hangout integration so we can do live calls that are recorded and have them synced directly with our calendar.

What do you like best?
Absorb LMS is very user friendly and allows me to create engaging trainings, check on the enrollment status at any point, send reminders, etc. Our implementation specialist, May, was great to work with as well!
What do you dislike?
The only thing I can think of is to have more rollup team reporting so I can easily see a "scorecard" for my entire team, in one place.
End-user friendly, easy to onboard Admins, good for many devices.

I like that most users have no problems navigating in the Absorb LMS and I appreciate the customer support and ideas portal. It feels collaborative working with this vendor.
What do you dislike?
That I cannot generate a report on multiple curricula. However, I feel like there is a lot of roadmap activity and good response to ideas so I am hopeful that will be addressed.

The admin side is very flexible and versatile once you understand what it is capable of. It may take some training to iron out the details, but once you get it, it is capable of a lot.
What do you dislike?
I would like to see mutli-course reports become a standard in the reporting capabilities. That being said, it is on their roadmap and the Absorb development team is actively working on multiple solutions at a time which is supported by their ideas portal.

What do you like best?
The customizability and flexibility of the system out-of-the-box is great, plus the addition of additional technical features such as API, scheduled data imports, etc. really expand its capabilities to be a custom fit for us. There's not much I can think of that Absorb cannot do as an LMS! And their support team always has great ideas, is extremely responsive, and pleasant to work with. The support we've received from the Absorb team is fantastic - always going above and beyond.
What do you dislike?
My company would like to really utilize more social capabilities of the platform, i.e. communities of practice and increased learner interactions. That being said, the Absorb team is always coming out with new features and improvements that I'm really excited about, so really interested to see what comes down the pipeline.

What do you like best?
Absorb's admin UI makes deploying and assigning training easy. As a first time user, it was immediately clear how to upload a course, make it available, and assign it to users. Because we are a smaller organization, I'm not in Absorb every day, but there's never a need to refamiliarize myself with the layout. Bright colors, big buttons, Navigation on the left, do stuff buttons on the right - it's visually friendly.
What do you dislike?
I think there's a miss not having a quick search bar in the Users and Courses screens in the admin panel. When you've got 15 pages or more worth of users, trying to find out if someone in the M's finished their new-hire training can be a few clicks too many.

What do you like best?
My overall experience creating courses and assigning them to our learners has really been positive. I love the high level of customization and the numerous templates.
What do you dislike?
Although we've been using the system for quite some time now, I have not been able to track any cons. New features are added regularly, but I still haven't managed to explore'em all.
Great learning management system, back up by a great support team.

What do you like best?
Ease of use and great customer support team. Everything is well organized within both the admin as well as the end-user dashboard. It's easy to create courses and assign them to users as well as notifications as to when the training was completed.
What do you dislike?
We haven't made much use of the authoring tool they provide. We typically use Articulate 360 for our authoring needs, so the above feedback is based on the LMS.

What do you like best?
It's got modern and user-friendly design, which simplifies navigation for both learners and administrators. I love how it integrates well with our HRIS.
What do you dislike?
It's a solid LMS , but if you are looking for customization then you might end up paying more to support your org needs.

What do you like best?
It's easy to use and intuitive. Well designed, while at the same time the platform supports a wide array of content formats (SCORM, xAPI, video, documents) which is huge for our organization.
What do you dislike?
There's nothing really that I liked the least. They constantly roll out new updates, and their support teams are readily available every time there's a bug or glitch in the system.

What do you like best?
Moving to a new LMS always comes with issues, however, that wasn't the case with Absorb LMS. Quick and easy implementation, lovely UI, and ease of use is the reason why we partnered up with them.
What do you dislike?
It's no common secret that their support team is slow. Also when it comes to reporting, the system's capabilities are quite limited.

What do you like best?
It has a great user interface and it's extremely easy to use. Course management is great, as well as its numerous integrations.
What do you dislike?
We struggled a bit with custom reporting, but we finally got to the bottom of it. Can't really say anything else.

What do you like best?
It's easy to set up your courses and assign them to designated users within the system. Reporting is pretty accurate and feedback from users has been consistently positive.
What do you dislike?
We have tried several systems over the course of the past 8 years. Based on our needs (compliance training mostly), Asborb LMS definitely delivers the goodies.

One-of-a-kind company, with a friendly and easy-to-use dashboard, user-friendly nice customer experience, and Kind People.
What do you dislike?
Haven't find anything that we should worry about so everything goes as smoothly as possible! Would love to see more of what they can do!

What do you like best?
Our Client Success Manager has been hugely helpful for walking through admin user-assistance.
What do you dislike?
it's not Absorb's fault, but would be helpful to integrate with our HRIS so there wouldn't be as much manual work for admins with groups.

What do you like best?
Moving to a new platform always comes with issues. With the help of Absorb's qualified team of Project Managers, Account Managers this whole transition phase was smooth.
What do you dislike?
The cost is quite high but definitely worth its money. I am really struggling to think of anything else.

What do you like best?
Easy to use, great customer support and easy certification program creation. I also like the fact that we customize our brand.
What do you dislike?
Takes quite some time to get used to how the system generates reports, but other than that all good. We are very pleased with our selection.
Everything has been simple and easy to use. Creating courses doesn't take much time at all.

What do you like best?
The data grids and all the features tied to them. I've set up many data grid views depending on what I am looking for.
What do you dislike?
When creating a new course, I need to click buttons at the bottom to get additional settings, but do not need to click all the buttons. I wish there was a way to default to showing only the buttons and settings I need.

Training records at your fingertips, the ability to deploy training across the organization with a few clicks, and the timely assistance we get when we have questions.
What do you dislike?

What do you like best?
Easy to use, great user interface and lot of customization options. Reporting is decent but was quite buggy at first.
What do you dislike?
The only issue we have encountered so far is that we cannot integrate Absorb LMS with our HRIS, but I heard it's coming soon.

It's intuitive and easy to use once you get the grasp of it. The onboarding process ran smoothly with no issues.
What do you dislike?
Absorb is one of the well known Learning management systems around, so be prepared to pay a high fee.
