What do you like best?
The user-friendly and administritaive friendlyexperience and the support provided by the Absorb Team
What do you dislike?
As of now there is nothing that is dislike, but can have improvement on the interactive and in depth content knowledge
I think that Absorb satisfies the majority of our business needs.

What do you like best?
I find it to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. I also like Absorb's reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike?
I think there are some limitations as to how we can customize enrollments on the user level rather than the course level.
It has been invaluable. It allows us to focus our time planning and creating further content

What do you like best?
I like the AI quiz creation, i generally am adverse to AI as I am an environmentalist however this helps reduce time which we better spend on content creation
What do you dislike?
Nothing, I have not found anything I do not like yet however I have only been using it a short amount

What do you like best?
What I like most about Absorb is the backend integrations, along with the ability to easily share, design, and build courses. I also enjoy partnering with an Absorb team member who is available to help with questions along the way. I really like the helpful resources available through the Help page and AI chat. The impersonation feature is also a great tool because it allows you to see the experience from the user’s perspective.
What do you dislike?
What I like least is that recently I had trouble with changes made in the Create part of Absorb. At times, I noticed they wouldn’t save. Some of the backend settings and how everything is linked together can be confusing when first starting out. If it weren’t for the support, it would be a nightmare. Being able to download a course or video directly from the course would be helpful, along with adding course material from one course to another.
Absorb is a great platform that provides users with lots of flexibility.

What do you like best?
I like the ability to easily update course content as it changes and then this material is automatically published to existing users.
What do you dislike?
Some of the functionality around uploading videos could be improved, for example when uplaoding a video in portrait there is a large black border applied to the video.
Absorb is a well-rounded, powerful LMS with excellent support.

What do you like best?
I think my favourite thing about Absorb is the quality of support and communication we receive. Our rep is always ready to help with any questions we have.
What do you dislike?
Some specific features are a little harder to figure out at first. In one or two cases, we had to reach out to get a little assistance, but now that we've learned, there are no issues.
Absorb is a great platform to use. It is incredibly user and admin friendly.

What do you like best?
It is easy to make a course and customize the configuration as the course settings are comprehensive. It has a very user friendly interface and it's great to be able to have so many informational widgets on the dashboard. The automated notifications are great and have significantly helped us with our training goals.
What do you dislike?
It would be great if there were more customization options and automatic enrollment related to having an international company in different job roles and seniority levels. It's great that there is the option to suggest ideas for improvement and other Absorb admins can vote and agree but it takes time for those ideas to be implemented.
Automation of training for new hires is a plus. The reporting is easy, and the site is intuitive.

What do you like best?
I like the integration with our HRIS platform and the seamless enrollments into all our training. I especially appreciate the support we get from our client success manager, Stephanie, who ensures we are aware of any new releases and helps us with troubleshooting to maximize efficiency. It's very easy to use, and the support we receive from both our client success manager and the support team is commendable.
What do you dislike?
When we update departments in our HRIS, it does not automatically update the filters in the courses, so it will have to be a manual process. When the HRIS is updated, it should automatically update any of the fields that are dependent on the efficiency and effectiveness of the LMS.

The support has been amazing and easy to upload users and filters. Reporting systems has helped us a lot!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes, the system does not allow to do it certain way. However, I know that Absorb is reviewing the idea portal to improve to fit customer's needs/

What do you like best?
I like how easy Absorb makes it to find, complete, and track learning all in one place. Overall the best thing with Absorb is that it makes learning accessible and very organized to the learners.
What do you dislike?
some administrative tasks may be a little time consuming when managing large amount of content, sometimes finding some specific contents requires some few extra clicks.
