What do you like best? Pros The following are the strengths of the Adobe Captivate Prime system:  Capabilities for course, training plan and certification management  Skills focus  Global content management  Reporting  Support and training videos  Smaller learning curve  Simple pricing  Free trial
What do you dislike? Cons Here are the areas that could need a boost from the Adobe folks:  Shopping cart integration is needed to sell courses.  Learner analytics are mostly unformatted, downloadable excel sheets.  Leaderboards and social homepage widgets need a boost.

What do you like best? 1. Covers various methods of course delivery 2. Integrates with external content providers. 3. Makes it easier to define a skill and provide content covering it. 4. Provides the user/admin with several views in the same tab, eliminating the need to have to sign in on a different page to see the learner’s perspective 5. Great built in tutorials. 6. Many options to set up automatic emails upon the happening of an event, all organized by categories.
What do you dislike? 1. The service is a bit expensive as it is based on the number of users and does not include a flat fee for a set number as provided by other services 2. Cannot use interactive content for job aids

What do you like best? Excellent Multi Tenanting configuration for a business GROUP. Branding a good idea. Love the email templates and automation within the system. Programme and Learning Plans with certification levels Gamification and badges. Commercially viable product and secure. Love the booking Virtual class sessions and face to face Lessons with Very good Tracking and accountability built in. As a registered Adobe user, quality is very high I recommend the integration of Adobe assets with this LMS.
What do you dislike? Found the course more suitable to commercial application. It is important to have all your assets ready to start building the course and it would take some planning beforehand. This is not an LMS for lighthearted course development, and I do see this LMS as best suited to an ultra security conscious commercial environment that protects its assets like fort knox! For this reason alone, as a business, I would buy it.

What do you like best? Accessibility: It's easy to access on the mobile and tablet using the app, It has good browser support. Its SaaS and cloud based so that is a huge advantage. Offline access is another plus. Interface: It’s modern and very intuitive, The single fluidic player for videos, docs and other content is a big plus. Integration & Admin: It’s good that its SCORM and xAPI compliant and integration with external applications is good. FTP connections is a plus. Quick to publish as well.
What do you dislike? Would be nice if it has internal conferencing integration instead of external integration. Would have been nice to have more video tutorials on how to use the platform for different roles.

What do you like best? I liked UI and functionality. It is easy to use and adapt if you are from different systems. It had great categorization
What do you dislike? You may need some time to get used to it because of its design. It can be an industry standard in future but it still needs time and some improvements.

What do you like best? I found that the LMS was, above all, really easy to use. The User Interface is quite intuitive and I could easily find what I needed to find when looking at creating courses, adding users and developing learning programs. I'm also able to track all the user progress quite easily.
What do you dislike? If I had to choose something that I wasn't a huge fan of, it would need to be the lack of customization for adding in my business colours and logos.

What do you like best? It's user friendly. Scorm compliant which is essential as we develop courses in Articulate Storyline. It has some great features like Course Effectiveness which is useful when reviewing the effectiveness of our courses. The iPad app allows for synchronous learning which is always useful for our learners who study on the go.
What do you dislike? It would be great if it allowed more social interaction between learners. No significant cons were found on the trial period.

What do you like best? My main interest was simple integration with Adobe Captivate. Indeed, the 2017 release of Adobe Captivate provided excellent integration with Captivate Prime LMS. Discounts are offered after the 500 user mark. Many vendors offer discounts after 1000 user mark. Also Captivate Prime works with Tin Can, which is critical.
What do you dislike? Articulate LMS delivery tools are divided into 3 sections: learner tools, support tools, and technical tools. Captivate Prime lacks slightly in support tools.

What do you like best? Working with low prices and big brands always gives confidence to its users. I like the gamification and fluidic player features. I really like this new brand LMS. Just plug and play.
What do you dislike? User-interface on mobile devices needs to be developed. On the other hand, mobile usage is very low in our company.

What do you like best? Adobe Captivate Prime is a very robust yet easy to use LMS. It supports gamification elements like badges and points. The UI is both pleasing to Admin roles as well as end-users. I like the customized learning plans, certification programs and a vast library of business related courses ready to deploy.
What do you dislike? We have to yet put it to the "test" of hosting hundreds of more courses and many more users. The naming of things can be more L&D friendly.

What do you like best? Adobe Captivate Prime is the latest ring of the chain. We are using Adobe Captivate for rapid course creation and Adobe Connect for webinars. So, on the LMS side, Adobe Captivate Prime gives us an opportunity to manage our eLearning lifecycle from a single point. You have everything under the one band. It gives you a single point of support contact.
What do you dislike? In my opinion, the user interface needs to be developed for user experience. But I can say that if you are using a big brand and have a good support user-interface is the second issue.

What do you like best? I like the modern interface and options administrators get out of the box. I can tell that some thoughtful action research underpins this product and services. everyone works. everyone at work has to learn. It's like Adobe has been watching us for the past couple of decades and said, "ENOUGH!" (...and then there was Adobe Captivate Prime). So far, as an LMS Program Leader, I saved a bit saved. #MyHeroes #IHeartAdobe
What do you dislike? I would like to be loved on a little more by my Adobe Customer Success team. This isn't a highly technical product to manage, but I would have still wanted to get a sense of more technical support. Especially in the beginning, it's pivotal to getting up to speed and feel confident (as the driver of the new LMS) about how I will deliver to my teams.

What do you like best? I really like it's flat design, in that there are no hidden menus. Also, I love that it can manage level 1, 2, and 3 evaluations for me, making more information reportable.
What do you dislike? I would like to see a special eLearning review pricing where instead of a per-user/per-month fee, you could subscribe to Prime as a freelance eLearning designer (say $5 per month) to host a set number of eLearning modules for client review purposes.

What do you like best? Integration with Adobe Captivate is very easy. It easy enough to use and when it works it works well.
What do you dislike? Support is very poor. I have modules stuck in the library, and even though they close the tickets before I can react, It has not been solved. Support lacks knowledge in my view. Even though I pay for it, I still get an email every time I open Prime: Welcome to the trial version!!!!! I have asked support to sort it and they say they have, yet I keep getting these emails. I am now blocking them. Support also does not seem to be able to improve my profile above 85%!!!! Support IS IMPORTANT.
