What do you like best? Very attractive graphics and UI flow Clever inclusion of independent R&R system Matrixed psychology used in learning style, engagement and reinforcement I like that reporting includes the differentiation between course completion and course engagement duration spent by the individual. I think that’s important for different reasons (HIPAA annual cert. v management training) and needs to be captured.
What do you dislike? Backend integration not mentioned which leads me to question whether it is a possibility at all and the cost for such integration and data sharing with additional vendors Entire system appears to be a closed-end system and not something which is very easily integrated even on the frontend it’s mentioned but I have a hard time seeing where it would be integrated other than customization of images and other flat components. I'm concerned potentially employees would find this to be a distraction.

What do you like best? Attractive and intuitive platform. The all-in-one player dubbed the “Fluidic Player” makes adding content from popular providers simple with all require plugin preinstalled(PDF, PPT, and DOCX files, and xAPI-, SCORM-, and AICC-compliant packages). Basic gamification with the ability to customize pages and complete for course completion points with co-worker is helpful feature to promote friendly competitiveness in the office.
What do you dislike? nteractive content for Q & A, quizzes that would allow companies to check for user competency are not built into the product. Interaction from 3rd party products are available, but this is an added step and cost. Data gathered on users is limited to completion of courses and time spent on courses. This data doesn’t provide companies with knowledge of user proficiency.

What do you like best? Providing learners with a stimulating experience: The Fluidic Player offers a unified reading experience for almost any content. Learners can easily access videos, PDF, PPT and DOCX files, as well as SCORM and AICC compliant packages (without having to download plug-ins), for minimal latency. With this reader, they can also create bookmarks and enhance their content with explanatory notes for future reference.
What do you dislike? In short, Captivate is clearly moving towards multi-support, even if the need to work on each of the different views is not as automatic as a responsive design, and must therefore be taken into account in project costing and scheduling. Software first used to train software applications, Captivate offers more and more opportunities to build e-learnings for any formative content, with possibilities of scripting and interactivity increasingly rich.

Honestly, I never before thought I need to "Instances" in the LMS but Captivate Prime impressed me. Thanks to "Instances", your users can take the different version of the course at different time periods. Another great feature for me, to add the new language version of a course. What do you like best? This platform is really interesting for learning managers. It has many features that allow an effective learner administration and different ways to manage users (external or internal). You can add users by uploading from a spreadsheet, create groups of learners based on location or business unit, use self enrollment or automate the adding new users. It also supports interactive content like Scorm, AICC, Tincan and regular content like Videos, Pdfs, PPTs, word and excel files.
What do you dislike? The tools to create courses are very basic so it is recommended to create courses using other tools like Captivate and upload the content. You can also add activities and tests, but they also have to be created using another tool because it only allows you to add an external URL for learners to refer to, or have students submit files.

As a registered Adobe user, quality is very high I recommend the integration of Adobe assets with this LMS.
What do you dislike? Found the course more suitable to commercial application. It is important to have all your assets ready to start building the course and it would take some planning beforehand. For this reason alone, as a business, I would buy it.

What do you like best? I liked UI and functionality. It is easy to use and adapt if you are from different systems. It had great categorization
What do you dislike? You may need some time to get used to it because of its design. It can be an industry standard in future but it still needs time and some improvements.

What do you like best? I found that the LMS was, above all, really easy to use. The User Interface is quite intuitive and I could easily find what I needed to find when looking at creating courses, adding users and developing learning programs. I'm also able to track all the user progress quite easily.
What do you dislike? If I had to choose something that I wasn't a huge fan of, it would need to be the lack of customization for adding in my business colours and logos.

What do you like best? It's user friendly. Scorm compliant which is essential as we develop courses in Articulate Storyline. It has some great features like Course Effectiveness which is useful when reviewing the effectiveness of our courses. The iPad app allows for synchronous learning which is always useful for our learners who study on the go.
What do you dislike? It would be great if it allowed more social interaction between learners. No significant cons were found on the trial period.

What do you like best? My main interest was simple integration with Adobe Captivate. Indeed, the 2017 release of Adobe Captivate provided excellent integration with Captivate Prime LMS. Discounts are offered after the 500 user mark. Many vendors offer discounts after 1000 user mark. Also Captivate Prime works with Tin Can, which is critical.
What do you dislike? Articulate LMS delivery tools are divided into 3 sections: learner tools, support tools, and technical tools. Captivate Prime lacks slightly in support tools.

What do you like best? Working with low prices and big brands always gives confidence to its users. I like the gamification and fluidic player features. I really like this new brand LMS. Just plug and play.
What do you dislike? User-interface on mobile devices needs to be developed. On the other hand, mobile usage is very low in our company.

What do you like best? Adobe Captivate Prime is a very robust yet easy to use LMS. It supports gamification elements like badges and points. The UI is both pleasing to Admin roles as well as end-users. I like the customized learning plans, certification programs and a vast library of business related courses ready to deploy.
What do you dislike? We have to yet put it to the "test" of hosting hundreds of more courses and many more users. The naming of things can be more L&D friendly.

What do you like best? Adobe Captivate Prime is the latest ring of the chain. We are using Adobe Captivate for rapid course creation and Adobe Connect for webinars. So, on the LMS side, Adobe Captivate Prime gives us an opportunity to manage our eLearning lifecycle from a single point. You have everything under the one band. It gives you a single point of support contact.
What do you dislike? In my opinion, the user interface needs to be developed for user experience. But I can say that if you are using a big brand and have a good support user-interface is the second issue.

What do you like best? I like the modern interface and options administrators get out of the box. I can tell that some thoughtful action research underpins this product and services. everyone works. everyone at work has to learn. It's like Adobe has been watching us for the past couple of decades and said, "ENOUGH!" (...and then there was Adobe Captivate Prime). So far, as an LMS Program Leader, I saved a bit saved. #MyHeroes #IHeartAdobe
What do you dislike? I would like to be loved on a little more by my Adobe Customer Success team. This isn't a highly technical product to manage, but I would have still wanted to get a sense of more technical support. Especially in the beginning, it's pivotal to getting up to speed and feel confident (as the driver of the new LMS) about how I will deliver to my teams.

What do you like best? I really like it's flat design, in that there are no hidden menus. Also, I love that it can manage level 1, 2, and 3 evaluations for me, making more information reportable.
What do you dislike? I would like to see a special eLearning review pricing where instead of a per-user/per-month fee, you could subscribe to Prime as a freelance eLearning designer (say $5 per month) to host a set number of eLearning modules for client review purposes.

What do you like best? Integration with Adobe Captivate is very easy. It easy enough to use and when it works it works well.
What do you dislike? Support is very poor. I have modules stuck in the library, and even though they close the tickets before I can react, It has not been solved. Support lacks knowledge in my view. Even though I pay for it, I still get an email every time I open Prime: Welcome to the trial version!!!!! I have asked support to sort it and they say they have, yet I keep getting these emails. I am now blocking them. Support also does not seem to be able to improve my profile above 85%!!!! Support IS IMPORTANT.
