What do you like best? As someone from Argentina, where financial challenges are common, Deel has consistently provided me with secure and efficient options for withdrawing my earnings. What stands out most is Deel’s ability to offer multiple withdrawal methods, including transfers to platforms like Wise and various virtual wallets. Even in difficult economic conditions, I’ve always found a low-commission option that allows me to access my funds easily.
What do you dislike? While Deel’s overall payment process is smooth, I believe it could be improved to make it easier to use in everyday transactions. Additionally, the crypto withdrawal fees are noticeably high, which makes this option less appealing unless absolutely necessary. Either way, Deel’s frequent updates with new payment methods ensure that I have flexible options available whenever I need them.

What do you like best? We moved from Wise to Deel because Deel offers competitive pricing faster internal transfers between accounts. My experience with Deel has been very positive so far. The platform has made contract management and global payments incredibly easy, allowing me to focus on my work without being bogged down by administrative hassles. What I appreciate most is how intuitive it is. Managing payments and contracts internationally is fast and straightforward.

What do you like best? Deel is a fantastic platform that I would highly recommend! The system is simple, easy to navigate, and displays all the essential information needed when managing work agreements abroad - seamless integration with various bank accounts. Its intuitive design allows quick access to important contract details without any hassle. I like its simplicity. I’m glad it has Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), it adds an extra layer of security to my account.
What do you dislike? While Deel excels in many areas, one improvement I'd love to see is the addition of an in-platform payment solution with reduced fees. Currently, Deel relies on third-party global accounts for withdrawals, which can result in higher costs. A fully integrated payment system within Deel itself would simplify transactions and reduce fees — ultimately enhancing the platform’s convenience and value

What do you like best? Deel has proven to be an effective solution for us! The platform makes it easy to send payments quickly and securely, reducing the complexities that often come with global transactions. We switched from HubSpot Service Hub to Deel because Deel offers a more streamlined solution for paying international contractors. Deel’s platform also provides a wider range of withdrawal options, giving contractors greater flexibility when accessing their funds. It works for us really well.
What do you dislike? While Deel’s platform is efficient, their customer support team leaves room for improvement. Additionally, there have been instances where the payment arrival date shown in Deel’s system doesn’t match the actual deposit date — with payments sometimes arriving 5 days later than expected. Improving their system to accurately reflect real-time payment statuses would enhance transparency and reliability.

What do you like best? The platform has consistently provided on-time payments, and quick withdrawals, making it a dependable solution for managing my earnings. What I particularly appreciate about Deel is its extensive range of features that make international payroll easier for contractors. Great global payroll support. Deel advance has been incredibly helpful. The flexibility to withdraw money to multiple platforms is also a huge advantage.
What do you dislike? One downside is the lack of tax advice or tax services specific to my country, Kosovo. Navigating my tax obligations has been challenging, and finding the right resources to handle this has been time-consuming. Having localized tax support within Deel would be a significant improvement.

What do you like best? The Deel platform is user-friendly, packed with useful features. It offers smooth interaction and a great experience overall. The AI chatbot and customer service are both responsive and helpful. It really makes a big difference when managing global payments. Of course, there are occasionally minor glitches, but it’s completely understandable (especially if you’ve ever worked with a dev team — IYKYK 😄).
What do you dislike? Overall, the app works well and is one of the most useful tools I’ve come across for managing payments and contracts across borders. One area that could use more attention is data security transparency on how card information is protected from cyber threats. It would be great to have more visible documentation or reassurances about this, just to build more user confidence.

Also, the payment tracking feature is fantastic for ensuring payments arrive on time, giving me peace of mind.
What do you dislike? One improvement I’d suggest is enhancing the Deel rate calculator to better support US to UK currency conversions with integrated tax deduction estimates. This would simplify take-home pay calculations for contractors working internationally and improve financial planning. Overall, Deel has been a reliable and efficient platform for managing my contract work across borders.
