After more than 20 years of work experience in a wide array of jobs and projects, Mario, an economist by profession, initiated the opening of the Croatian branch for a large international training and development company. He organized the adaptation of the training program to the domestic market, as well as the education of a team of trainers. At the end of 2015, after seven successful years in the roles of director and trainer, he launched eWyse, a digital learning agency. The combination of Mario’s previous experiences, knowledge, and enthusiasm for work, along with a strong training dedication and focus on participants, guarantees you the realization of your goals in any work that you do. Her legal background started with Law University and a specialization in International Law, but her love for entrepreneurship won her over. Soon after graduating, she started her own company which produced various IT solutions for different clients and industries. Martina joined eWyse back in 2017 as a Learning Architect. In April 2019, Martina was promoted to the COO function. The fact that Martina has started as Learning Architect prior to her COO role gives her an in-depth knowledge of all the processes and tasks of an eLearning development initiative.
