Seamless Collaboration Turns Complex eLearning Into Real-World Results

Developing large-scale, multilingual eLearning programs is never simple. It requires strategic alignment, smooth collaboration, and mutual understanding between the client and the agency.

In this exclusive behind-the-scenes webinar, the Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI) and eWyse share how they worked together to create a powerful eLearning program for health advocates around the world.

GHAI is not your typical eLearning client; they're a mission-driven nonprofit creating training for a broad, global audience with diverse needs and varying levels of internet access. This meant the eLearning had to be not only engaging but also accessible and adaptable to different contexts.

You'll hear both sides of the story: what GHAI needed, what challenges arose, and how the eWyse team helped turn their vision into a successful learning experience.

If you're an L&D professional, eLearning developer, or project manager working on complex learning initiatives, this session is for you. Learn what really goes into building impactful eLearning programs that are multilingual, mission-driven, and scalable.

In this webinar conducted by eWyse, we will dive into:

From GHAI's perspective...

  • Real challenges in developing custom multilingual eLearning solutions
  • Strategic alignment between organizational goals and learning outcomes

From the agency's perspective...

  • Project management excellence for large-scale eLearning initiatives
  • Risk prediction and requirement management strategies

Together we'll explore...

  • Effective project management for wide-scope eLearning projects
  • The critical role of organizational culture in project success
  • Why energy, feedback, and transparency drive exceptional client experiences

Join us to discover how strategic eLearning partnerships serve as a catalyst for noble missions like GHAI's advocacy work.
