E-Learning Development Experience

I have nearly 15 years of experience as an instructional designer and E-Learning narrator. Earning a Master of Education and E-Learning Graduate Certificate from George Mason University, I’ve developed dynamic and exciting trainings running the entire instructional design process for various clients, ranging from private companies, state and local government, federal government, and nonprofits. Some of these projects included:

  • Conducting needs assessments of learners looking to increase their leadership skills.
  • Applying Allen Interaction’s CCAF Model to develop interactive, scenario-driven online training modules and activities.
  • Designing and developing microlearning videos, infographics, job aids, and more using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Creating interactive online blended trainings with various digital touchpoints and experiences for participants and instructors.
  • Managing the selection, deployment, and administration of new Learning Management Systems, including SumTotal, Moodle, Desire2Learn, and more.

I’m also comfortable using a variety of instructional design tools:

  • Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise, Studio, Peek, Replay)
  • Adobe eLearning Suite (Captivate, Dreamweaver, Premiere)
