Project Management Office
Some organizations need to streamline their localization efforts but creating a dedicated division may be a bit of a stretch. For others, growth may come along with the challenge of increased administrative overhead.
SpanSource partners with our clients to provide them with a flexible, outsourced PMO solution to assist them with their Localization Project Management needs.
SpanSource’s PMO solutions are integrated into our operational structure for the provision of non-linguistic tasks. The service functions as an extension arm of our client’s Operations and is integrated into their policies and procedures.
