Fielding Graduate University is seeking an experienced Moodle learning management system administrator to support use of the LMS and other academic technologies for our online, distributed community of faculty, staff, and students.

The Learning Technologies Administrator (LTA) will manage and support Fielding’s academic technology systems including: the Moodle learning management system, Turnitin, Zoom, myFielding SharePoint portal; G Suite, and Grammarly. The LTA provides frontline support for identified academic technology systems and is the support liaison between Fielding Graduate University and outsourced support organizations. The LTA develops and delivers support resources, user documentation, and training to faculty, students, and staff on all of the above. The Learning Technologies Administrator is a fully remote, 37.5 hour-per-week position working under the supervision of the Manager of Academic Technologies and Services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least two years of experience with administration and support of Moodle and Turnitin (or similar academic integrity software) are required. MS SharePoint experience highly desirable, as is experience with basic web development concepts such as HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, ASP.NET, SQL, or related technologies.
