- Assists in the development and evaluation of online courses according to established guidelines and specifications
- Creates curated media, including print, digital, audio, video and animation
- Provides a range of training and support services
- Evaluates, selects, implements and maintains new tools and methodologies to support online teaching and learning
- Maintains comprehensive records
- Achieves annual, measurable individual improvement goals of acquiring or refining skills and/or obtaining increased knowledge in job-related areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly developed analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Technologically savvy and creative
- Proficient in learning management systems, including Canvas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong professional integrity and independent problem-solving skills
