Responsibilities

Produce dynamic, technology-enabled learning through eLearning, mobile and virtual (augmented reality) delivery formats.  Act as a resource to department managers and staff to identify development needs and identify potential solutions.  Create learning experiences through coursework design that is instructionally sound, creative, visual and engaging.


Facilitate needs assessments and design sessions with all levels in the organization to identify the most effective e-learning solutions to address performance, knowledge and skill gaps
Use multiple development software tools to design, create and deliver blended eLearning content (HTML5, Storyline, Captivate, AR).  Ensure course content adheres to AV specs for mobile, virtual and desktop learning as well as brand guidelines and industry best practices.  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, quickly shift priorities and deliver excellent learning solutions under aggressive deadlines.  Manage the full life cycle of a training development project from client-driven needs analysis through development and qualitative/ quantitative evaluation.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Multimedia/Web Development, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.

Master’s in Business, Educational Design, Adult Education, or related field is preferred.


Minimum of seven (7) years of training and development experience working with various levels of the organization is required

Experience within 1 or more: video editing, micro-learning, gamification, simulation or adaptive learning is required

Minimum of seven (7) years of curriculum development experience is required.  Minimum of (5) years e-Learning development is required.  Five (5) years consulting experience is preferred.

Skills:
Demonstrates a combination of performance consulting, design and technical skills.  Intermediate proficiency level skill with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Proficient with multiple web-based authoring tools such as HTML5, Storyline, Captivate, Flash, AR, Camtasia.  Experience with Learning Management systems is preferred.  Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning environment.  Excellent client relationship skills with all levels of the organization. 
Manages work and time to meet or exceed promised deadlines.  Ability to take client business needs and translate them into engaging, measureable performance outcomes.  Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into developmental goals and training activities.
