Terms & Conditions for the Provision of the Pay Per Click (PPC) for Payroll Software Service

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase of the Pay Per Click (PPC) for Payroll Software service via the eLearningIndustry.com Platform (“Platform”) by clients of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Clients” or "Client").

Clients can expect:

  • Clicks: 1–50+ per month*
  • Conversion Rates: 1.23%–3.42%**

* Depends on the client's monthly budget
** Depends on the client's landing page. Our digital marketing team will consult with you on how to build an effective landing page that will drive conversions.

Disclaimer: Since this is a new service, kindly note that the above metrics are subject to change. Our team will be regularly updating the metrics to ensure they reflect the current status and performance of the product.

Clients are expected to deliver and commit to the following:

  • The client must create/update a directory listing.
  • The client must select a landing page to send traffic to (Demo, Free Trial, Contact Us).
  • The client has to allocate a monthly budget (minimum $250) and select the countries they would like to target via PPC.
  • The client has to set up the assigned conversion tracking code to be able to track conversions.
  • The client has to enter a valid credit card.
  • The client will be charged at the end of each month for the number of clicks that their campaign has generated.
