Facilitating Virtual Dialogues On Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion

Any trainer will tell you it's challenging enough navigating the emotional waters of diversity, equity, and inclusion dialogues in a learning space. It can be even more daunting when trying to create a constructive experience online. This webinar will explore ways to engage with virtual participants in a meaningful way around DEI-related issues.

We'll also explore how you can actively engage learners so that they actively participate in the discussion and collaborate with remote peers.

During this session, you will learn:

  • How to tactfully handle ideological battles and biased remarks during learning events.
  • Ways to effectively navigate DEI dilemmas in a virtual space.
  • Actionable tips to make every member of your learning audience feel safe, secure, and valued.
What do you do when learners start an ideological battle in the chat, or make a racially insensitive or gender-biased remark in the classroom? Navigating DEI-related challenges in a virtual space is not easy, but this webinar will provide some tips to help you through!
