As Adobe's Principal eLearning Evangelist, he provides guidance by relating customer experiences & challenges to the amazing product and engineering teams that create Captivate, Presenter Video Express (PVX) and Adobe's extraordinary new Learning Management System, Adobe Captivate Prime. Allen is well recognized for his videos and presentations to audiences around the world. He has published a host of articles and a handful of books on topics ranging from critical thinking for business training to 3D online game. Sharath Ramaswamy is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Adobe Systems, and has over 18 years of experience in designing learning solutions and implementing Learning Management Systems. She started her eLearning career at Oracle University, worked as an Educational Consultant at Wipro Technologies, and later headed the Learning Solutions teams at Yantra and Akamai Technologies. She is currently working as a learning strategist with Adobe’s large enterprise customers to drive value and adoption of the Adobe Captivate Prime (Learning Management System) product. An avid traveler, she has climbed Mt Kilimanjaro, hiked to the Everest Base Camp, and snorkeled in the Silfra rift in Iceland.
