Cantilever is our go-to for polished, quality instructional and marketing content.
What do you like best?
I sought out Cantilever after other firms had trouble delivering the content we needed on time, on budget and to our quality standards. Their deep experience, collaborative style and excellent project management have made my job much easier. I now can outsource priority projects with confidence that they'll be well-executed with minimal time investment from me. We are a fast-moving organization and I appreciate Cantilever's competence and efficiency.
What do you dislike?
I have no negative comments about my experience with Cantilever -- I only wish all of our contractors were so easy to work with.

What do you dislike?
Hmmm... this is a tough one. What I like the least about Cantilever Instruction + Design is that we don't have more projects to do with them right now! On the lookout for the next opportunity... Honestly, I can't think of anything I would change.

Canilever helped bring our vision to life! They are purposeful, creative, expeditious & professonal.
What do you like best?
The Cantilever team has been able to take our loosely designed concepts and turn them into tangible learning modules. They help walk us through the planning process, then they take our outlines and turn them into user-friendly and effective courses. Cantilever was patient with us throughout the creative process, and provided us with multiple e-learning modules that have helped us in executing client programs.
What do you dislike?
I do not have a single complaint about working with Cantilever, except that I haven't yet had the opportunity to meet their team in person.

Educational materials for agricultural stakeholders
What do you like best?
They've helped us shape concepts and content and develop them into impactful, visually engaging, easy to utilize tools and resources for various audiences. They have helped us develop decision support tools, training presentations, best practice guides, videos, fact sheets, et al. They are always fun to work with, professional, timely, responsive, and efficient.
What do you dislike?
There really is nothing I dislike about Cantilever; working with them is great.

Cantilever helped us update an online course we originally co-created in 2011
What do you like best?
Betsy Gast was helpful at every point along the way with this project: delivering product content that reflects best practices in online learning, considers the needs of our audience, and has style and tone that reflects the mission of our organization. She also worked with me to create an efficient project tracker, provided guidance and advice about other elements of the project that Cantilever was not responsible for delivering, and consistently brought professionalism and warmth.
What do you dislike?
There was nothing about our project that displeased me- even when we (the client) requested changes above our original estimate, Betsy was quick and transparent about potential solutions to keep us under budget.

What do you like best?
Cantilever has taken the core principles and key concepts we’ve developed to help hospitals improve performance and translated those into engaging eLearning strategies that improve implementation and sustainability. They listen carefully to fully understand your objectives and faithfully make your ideas come to life. At the same time, they respectfully push you outside your traditional thinking to find breakthrough ways to effectively communicate your message.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints regarding Cantilever. They are outstanding to work with.
