Lessons are good, but the support answers questions with questions, and not very supportive.

What do you like best? Being able to repeat the lessons in your own time...................................................
What do you dislike? There are conflicts with ISO 9001, 19001cand the lessons. There is no support to clarify the required answer for the exam, considering the lessons and standards do not always read the same. There are many spelling mistakes in the lessons and even a slide missing from one of the lessons.

This Review is in marked contrast to our Reviews elsewhere. Conflicts between ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and our Lessons have not been reported by any other Learners. We never give out the answers to our Exams to protect their integrity. There may be an odd spelling error but a missing screen is unlikely. Any such instances, when advised, are corrected immediately. Finally, to say we are not supportive is simply untrue and we have the records to prove it.
