Approach
While it is tempting to start action immediately, we recommend a more robust approach for our clients. We make it a point to get a broader view of overall learning needs in the organization. Then put down all parameters and try to build a master plan for learning across the organization including technology enabled learning. We jointly work out the priorities with clients. That helps us choose the right engagement model and then the learning solution development effort starts.
Based on the proper need analysis, Enggenious team would recommend suitable deliverable format options: standard eLearning course, mLearning, micro-learning nuggets, blended learning methods, webinars, ILT.
Benefits of this approach
