Esquile provides on-demand instructional design for companies in Brazil and Latin America. We turn the knowledge of a client's internal experts into ready-to-use courses, videos, job aids and assessments, in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and in other languages when the project requires it.
More than 1,400 courses produced, 12,000 hours of content and 9,000 people trained.
How it works: a structured 60 to 90 minute interview with the subject matter expert is all the expert needs to give. From that interview we handle the script, the instructional design and the media production, and return the material for a simplified validation, with about 80% less internal effort than building in-house.
Two engagement models:
- On-demand production, with a fixed scope, for system rollouts, go-lives and production peaks.
- Dedicated team, working as an extension of the client's L&D department for a fixed monthly fee, for continuous demand and corporate universities.
We specialize in technical content for industry, logistics and system implementation projects (SAP, Salesforce, ERP), post-merger integration and multi-country operations. In one project, production time per course dropped from 18 to 4 hours, with 435 courses delivered in 2024. In another, 1,200 frontline maintenance workers in two countries were trained with video-only content built from the company's own technical documentation.
Deliverables in SCORM, xAPI and HTML5, published to the client's LMS: courses, videos, animations, microlearning, quizzes, learning paths and podcasts.
