As every story has a beginning so does Green LMS-Greenfield Solutions has. The story is focused on Anand and his wife Sushma Sharma. Let me give you a little brief about them.
Anand Sharma is a BE Mechanical, Microsoft Certified Professional and over and above everything a passionate Trainer but guys that's not all he is also a thorough businessman. His wife Sushma Sharma is a Master's in Education, Diploma in IT Services, a passionate Researcher with all these ingredients she is pursuing her career as Marketing Sales professional.
They started a company in Mumbai named Balaji Consultancy Services way back in 2004 which was focused on Training and Employee resourcing services for IT Industry. Later this company not only served the IT domain but also extended its services to various Industries like Banking & Finance, FMCG, Construction, Oil and Gas, etc.........
By 2014 it had its presence in India and Oman. In 2015 that they renamed their company GREENFIELD SOLUTIONS and the journey of Greenfield Solution took a kick start.
By now Greenfield Solution was not only in Training and Employee Resourcing but also in project Management Services and Manual Content development for various technical training in Oil and Gas and in general Softskill and Leadership training. Their training always had blended mode online, self-paced as well as the classroom. For their own online training requirements, GREEN LMS was developed in the year 2018.
Then came Covid and the whole business became cloud-oriented. This is the time when they opened the door of Green LMS, the Corporate version for their clients which they can implement as a learning solution for their company. It didn't stop there Green LMS has unique solutions for Schools, Universities, SME and Academy too.
So today Green LMS offers e-learning cloud LMS solutions, and Greenfield Solution its parent company offers services like Digital Content Development, Moodle customisation, UI/ UX development, offsource workforce resourcing and Project Management solutions.
