What do you like best? The format is user friendly. A good range of delivery methods to suit a range of learning styles. Modern, bright and colourful with lots of video clips, pictures and audio. Makes some boring subjects much easier to interact with. 🙂
What do you dislike? Mostly very good for the subjects covered. You may need to repeat sections to improve scores, this does make sure you have fully understood some very necessary information.

What do you like best? The whole process was very clear and understandable from the moment I have spoken to an IHASCO agent on the phone to book this online course. The online training was very quick to set up for all of our employees. Their customer service was prompt and second to none. The assigned Account Manager was really helpful every step of the way. The training is professional, well put together and easy to understand. The certificate was provided instantly after the test was successfully completed.
What do you dislike? There is not much to put in this section as my overall experience with this company was very positive.

What do you like best? good combination of discussions and demonstrations with some useful information relating to the way the body works in terms of lifting
What do you dislike? In terms of the organizational levels which require populating before accessing this section, there does not appear to be any which relate to local and central government along with positions within any hierarchy. This needs to be adjusted to the geographic location of the user and not just a default to an Americanized version

What do you like best? The presenter was good and personable and the content was applicable. The illustrations were clear and helped understanding
What do you dislike? Questions in the test that ask people to remember statistics like what percentage/proportion of people etc etc do not cement learning and these figures change each year. These are pointless and do not add any value to the test other than to make people guess a figure and does not test the knowledge.

What do you like best? I liked being able to pause (to make notes to refer to on the test) and go back if I didn't quite take on board the advice the first time.

What do you like best? The simple layout and quality of training. I liked the visual element of the training and the multiple choice tests.
What do you dislike? I used the transcript and read much faster than the text highlighted. This meant that the training took far longer than needed.

What do you like best? The below relates the Mental Health Awareness course only; It feels to me that the course is stuck in a grey area - on one hand, it seems to makes a big deal of mental health issues and that the only thing to do is talk to someone about it and get help. Immediately after, it seems to belittle any issues and focuses on 'self-help' and identifying and resolving any issues yourself. For example; the list of "signs to look out for" on slide 2.1.3 - I can confirm that I can actively relate...
What do you dislike? ... to 7 out of 11 of them yet I'm unsure whether I should speak to a doctor or "breathe". What do you think? Also; I have completed the course and received my certificate. However, when I'm going back through the slides to get more detail on certain things I have to follow the full video again from the start. There doesn't appear to be a way to skip to a certain section/slide... this seems a bit redundant post-completion. Apart from the above, it was an interesting course.

What do you like best? The verbal explanations and on line demos. There are clear verbal explanations and visuals briefly summarised by written examples.
What do you dislike? Having to go back to sections if you get a question wrong - means you then have to click all through the whole program to get back to the questions at the end and start again. Why can't the questions you answer along the way at the end of each section, count towards your overall score?

What do you like best? Being able to read the transcript of the presentation. Sometimes it means I can complete that section slightly faster without loss of content.
What do you dislike? There are perhaps too many role play examples. They are useful for highlighting more complex situations and the nature of social pressure in creating conditions where bribery might occur, but otherwise can appear trivial or obvious.

What do you like best? The e-learning provide was clear, precise and educational and afforded you the opportunity to time manage the course to suit, enabling you to pause and go back to complete tasks, where necessary. The test at the end of the programme confirmed your understanding of the topics raised and underlined the scope of the issues raised in such a brief time.
What do you dislike? There were no real negatives to take away - in fact, quite the opposite, it would be nice to complete similar courses in future, which provide both a general and, at the same direct, overview of key aspects which you can relate to, in working and everyday life.

What do you like best? The sections were clear and not too overloaded with information so it was easy to take in. The summaries were really good for highlighting the key points.
What do you dislike? There are not many negatives points I can think of. I think the selling of the course was the only annoying thing. It says buy now for £4.50 but it was only when I rang that they said that this was if 100 people took the test which is quite misleading.

What do you like best? Enjoyed the training, easy to use, easy to follow and covered all relevant points, test at the end covered all material content. Would recommend this training to others.
What do you dislike? Only one little quibble I had was that the length of the modules was quite long, lots of video's to watch and you were keen to get through these to get to the end. Didn't think we needed a video for all fire extinguishers when they primarily work the same, only different video when the use of the extinguisher is different.

What do you like best? Easy to use and follow through. Gives reminders to go back to sections even before the test!
What do you dislike? Nothing but it is obviously dependent on a good internet connection. An advantage after the test completion might be to mail out all the correct answers as a follow up reminder on the course.

What do you dislike? That exam was a joke. It's like those driver's license questions that ask if the correct answer to someone crossing the road at a stop sign is to run them over, drift around them, or come to a halt.

What do you like best? The courses are easy to follow and give all of the relevant information without the need for unecessarily drawn-out training courses.
What do you dislike? The video training is mostly split into 20-30 second videos. It would be easier to go through them if each section (5 mins) was put into a single video or even just a couple of videos so that you don't have to stop, start then maximise the screen again.
