Both founders are Chartered Accountants with backgrounds in FMCG and financial services — so we understand what it costs to have a workforce that isn't performing, and what it takes to fix it. Learnopolis was founded in 2023, but we'd worked together for six years before that, as the learning team in a large corporate. When we started Learnopolis, we weren't figuring it out. We already knew what worked.
