What do you like best? I don't have to worry about the outcome of the videos. Their graphics team and Instructional Design Team are extremely competent and always proactively communicate the status to me. Also, the BD representative- Kunal is regularly in touch with me through the project. Basically, they possess all the skillsets required for Customer delight.

What do you dislike? Nothing as of now. I don't think i dislike anything, however, they could create some regular off-the-shelf courses.

MRCC's quality is what brought me to engage with them prior to partnering with them.

What do you like best? The onshore/offshore model. The animations produced were some of the best I had seen. MRCC also had the ability to provide instructional designers on a contract basis.

What do you dislike? MRCC needs to attend more conferences. It is difficult to partner with a company that is not well known.

What do you like best? Communication and availability: it was really easy to communicate with the team and get points across; the team was also always available for any points/topics raised.

What do you dislike? Time to get the product finished: it took quite a bit to get the final video released even though a lot had to do with teams on our side.
