A good team of professionals with high energy levels, zeal and enthusiasm.
What do you like best?
The responsiveness, owning up the job and deadlines, feedback mechanisms during and post the projects, the creative inputs the team brings to the table. Through and through a very good experience and all levels: sales process, customer service, instructional design, projects and creative team as well.
What do you dislike?
Nothing as such to mention; our experience was good with the agency hence, there's hardly anything to complain about.

Talented & Creative team, very efficient. Amazing customer service. It was wonderful working with the Multiversity team. Looking forward to our next project together. Highly recommended!!!
What do you dislike?
Nothing Specific that is disliked. Maybe there were a couple of gaps from a comprehension and expectation point of view initially but they were taken care of. Overall experience was great.
