(TacticalLearning.co.uk) is an independent UK digital learning consultancy and programme rescue partner, founded by Chad Schofield and based in Stroud, Gloucestershire.
Chad brings 20+ years in L&D, commercial digital media experience going back to 1994 (starting in video games while still at school), 150+ bespoke programmes developed and implemented, and the 2026 Learning Performance Institute (LPI) Gold Award for People Development Programme of the Year, won in collaboration with the UK Home Office.
