The Right Foot Studio is a Lisbon studio that helps companies explain complicated things so that people act. We work with business sponsors when a change, a rule, a launch or a risk has to be understood by many people and then lived by them.
We build training and learning content around three areas: Transformation & Change, Risk, Quality & Compliance, and Product & Strategy Launches. Every project starts with our Transfer Framework. We Diagnose what people need to understand and do, Surface the story that is already there, and Shape it into something they can use, delivered as an Alignment Brief, a Learning Blueprint and a Storyboard.
We are three founders covering instructional design, graphic design and digital design. Our work has reached more than 150,000 people. We work on a retainer or hours-bank model, so you get a steady creative partner instead of a one-off vendor.
