B2B assessment explores selling skills together with the conditions in which people work: customer needs, opportunity qualification, value selling, objections, deal priorities, CRM, tools, data, collaboration and manager support. Retail assessment covers customer contact, needs discovery, assortment and product knowledge, selecting a solution, additional sales and difficult situations, including practical role-play tasks.

Reports combine a management summary, competency assessments, a participant-by-skill matrix, strengths, development needs and a prioritised action plan. Managers can use the findings before a training programme, identify useful practices to share and distinguish a need for skills practice from a need for support or process change. Findings provide context for a development conversation rather than automatic employment decisions.
