What do you like best?
Axonify's microlearning experience has changed how our employees interact with content. The platform's adaptive learning paths also ensure that each learner receives content specific to their knowledge gaps, which increases retention and engagement. The gamification elements and daily challenges always encourage our team to complete those modules. The reporting dashboard is self-explanatory and gives insights that help our managers track our performance.
What do you dislike?
Axonify is great for microlearning, but larger, more comprehensive courses can be somewhat restrictive. To meet a wider variety of training requirements, the platform should increase the adaptability of long-form content. However, it is still a great source of information and engagement for our employees.

What do you like best?
We have created an environment of continuous learning in-house using this platform. The gamified element encourages learners to log in daily, if not multiple times a day, to practice and learn something new. Axonify reporting tools provide transparency into knowledge retention and training efficacy. The integration with other business tools has been easy, providing integration to a connected learning ecosystem.
What do you dislike?
The reporting lacks sophisticated visualization and trend analysis. Although it’s informative currently, better data presentation could streamline strategy planning. That said, Axonify is still a great company that can offer a solution needed to develop a more engaged and knowledgeable workforce.

What do you like best?
The use of microlearning and reinforcement by Axonify has enabled the retention of essential knowledge better than anything we have used. Thanks to its mobile-friendly design, it also allows employees to complete training anytime, anywhere. Analytics presents knowledge gaps and highlights on-time training completion rates for managers to facilitate better content delivery through the platform. So it has increased learning outcomes with the cost of reduced training time.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes, the platform’s structured approach can constrain content creation. More versatility in course design could also be helpful for unique learning requirements. However, this is a minor issue, and overall, Axonify has transformed how we think about corporate learning.

What do you like best?
Axonify really shines because of the uncomplicated nature of the tool. It is an intuitive platform, so employees with few technical skills can easily navigate it. The team sticks with it with personalized learning paths, daily nudges, and gamified components. The analytical dashboards provide insights through which the manager can make data-driven decisions on how to reuse or upskill the current resources through training.
What do you dislike?
Limited branding and interface customization options for some users. It does the core functionality beautifully, but it could offer a bit more flexibility to customize the UI. However, Axonify still drives quite a lot of value in learning engagement.

Axonify has reinvented how we can bring compliance training to people in a time-effective and easy way for the organization. Employees welcome the engaging short learning sessions that enable them to continue with their busy day. The reinforcement quizzes also help ensure that the content is being absorbed, which we have taken note of in our compliance audits. So far, integration with other HR tools has been smooth, and support response has been quick and effective.
What do you dislike?
More powerful individual-level reporting features could be a nice touch. That would enable managers to pinpoint particular content areas requiring more attention. Nevertheless, Axonify has helped reduce training time for employees and increase the likelihood of engagement.

The ability to track progress over time is valuable, especially when managing large teams.
What do you dislike?
One challenge with the platform is that administrators cannot prevent already completed training paths from reopening. This can cause unnecessary duplication and administrative headaches, especially when adding new content. It would be much more efficient if Axonify allowed admins to add content without having to create entirely new programs or manage extensive historical imports.

It feels practical and useful in daily work, and the steady reinforcement helps make learning stick. The focus on measurable results gives the experience more weight and helps guide better decisions.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were an option for admins to add new learning items without reopening completed paths because it creates extra steps for busy teams. Some content appears complete in one program but also shows as complete in another, which makes repeat topics harder to manage.

What do you like best?
The fact that we managed to start our online learning programs within months. We were very pleasantly pleased with the implementation phase and all the features (that we are making use of) Axonify LMS has to offer.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing to add here. We are so far pleased with our selection and the fact that we got to work with one of the biggest brands in the industry.
It does what it promises and really brings value to our organization!

What do you like best?
Axonify really marked the start of the digital era for our organization. For years we had been working on slides and ppts and that's how we delivered training to our internal and external staff members. Now we've taken it to a whole new level by adding gamification and microlearning to our learning palette.
What do you dislike?
The more we grow our business, the more we are looking at custom reports. Don't get me wrong Axonify's reporting is good, but sometimes we need to combine different data sets in order to get our assumptions right or wrong. This is not really feasible with their existing reporting functionality.
