What do you like best? What I liked most about the software was how easy it was to use. I quickly understood how to navigate the LMS without training. What I liked even more than that was the kindness and service from Dr. Krishnan and his team. Top-notch customer support creates raving fans and that was my experience with CALF.
What do you dislike? I think Active User pricing would be helpful with reducing costs for organizations utilizing the software.

What do you like best? Real-time report generation on user engagement and activity metrics. Easy management by the administrator
What do you dislike? The solution can be more useful with some more bulk operations available for the administrator for managing participants

What do you like best? It has many amazing features ex: SCORM 1.2 Support, 360 degree feedback, Manager Reporting, Easy Allocation, Detailed Analytics, Survey & Assessments (Time bound, Certification Linked), integrations with Zoom/Goto meeting, native app support for iOS and Android with Web options also etc... Easy to use, completely user friendly & fantastic tech support team.
What do you dislike? There is nothing specifically i remember. As an user & administrator i liked the CALF LMS & even we have a great feedback from team members/users.

What do you like best? Their ability to resolve any problem or help within a very short period of time (usually less than couple of hours). The details they provide of how to resolve my issue (usually because of my own limited knowledge). The friendliness and care for their clients.
What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of. I have no complaints regards to their product, support or service that I need.

What do you like best? When I had queries, the support team were excellent in their advice, and extremely quick responding.
What do you dislike? Whilst I found CALFTM excellent to use, I was dealing with queries from a client initially with issues, and I was unable to respond without Support, who were excellent
