What do you like best? After trying several similar platforms, Connecteam has truly impressed us. It’s not only feature-rich, but also designed with the end-user in mind. What stood out most is how easy it is for non-tech-savvy team members to pick it up and get started — a huge plus when rolling out a new system. I love how committed they are to innovation. They’re always improving features, and it genuinely feels like the app is being built for real-world use, not just to tick off a list of functions.
What do you dislike? The UX is smooth and intuitive, setting it apart from competitors that often feel clunky/outdated. The only drawback we’ve encountered is with the pricing model for smaller businesses. It would be helpful to have more flexible add-on options, instead of needing to upgrade to a larger tier for just one or two additional features. A more modular pricing approach would make it even better for leaner teams. Highly recommended — especially for teams that want something they can trust and grow with.

What do you like best? Our experience with Connecteam has been very positive, and it has quickly become an all-in-one tool that our business relies on daily. One of the best parts is that the app is highly customizable. Features are ready to use right away, but you can easily tailor them to match the needs of your team and workflow. They are very responsive they are to user feedback and offer regular updates and improvements to existing tools.
What do you dislike? Occasionally, we’ve run into issues within the app that were difficult to explain through live chat, and it took some back-and-forth before support fully understood the problem. While the resolution is always reached eventually, the initial troubleshooting could be a bit smoother with better communication from the support side. It’s a smart long-term investment for any growing business.

What do you like best? Connecteam has been a very useful addition to our tool stack. One of the biggest benefits is how easy it is to message the entire team, create multiple group chats, or reach out to individuals—all from one place.The scheduling feature is yet another highlight. It’s clear, easy to read, and simplifies assigning shifts. Whether we’re planning weekly rotations or last-minute changes, the layout makes it straightforward for both managers and staff.
What do you dislike? The mobile app could be a bit more intuitive. It takes a little time to get used to how everything is structured on the phone version, and navigating the app isn't quite as seamless as the desktop experience. That said, once you’re familiar with it, it gets easier to use over time. Connecteam delivers where it counts. It’s great for fast-paced teams needing clear communication and quick scheduling.
