What do you like best?
The platform is convenient for managing multiple courses simultaneously. Educators can clearly arrange content, assign assessments, and automate reminders for learners with EzyCourse. It integrates with many external tools, and multimedia uploads go smoothly, giving students a good learning environment. It also has a reporting feature that provides actionable insights and a very intuitive dashboard for teachers and learners alike to make use of.
What do you dislike?
The reporting section needs advanced analytics offerings, such as predictive performance trends or custom metric capabilities. Some of the automated notifications are not always customizable, so you may require manual adjustments to fit our organization’s workflow.

What do you like best?
EzyCourse is the customization leader, allowing organizations to customize their course to suit training needs. It can easily enable content uploads, quizzes, and interactive modules, making it a versatile tool in corporate learning and professional development. The platform has a clean interface with little to no learning curve involved, and we found their onboarding support exceedingly helpful in setting up our first couple of courses.
What do you dislike?
Some design templates might need an update for an efficient look and feel. Exporting reports and integrating with third-party systems also requires additional manual work. These small inconveniences aside, it is a quite useful and reliable platform.

What do you like best?
EzyCourse offers companies the ability to quickly and efficiently deliver courses that are organized and engaging. Using features such as automated reminders, course progress, and multimedia support, they help make the learning experience smoother. Providing us with ways to understand how our learners are performing and the reporting and analytics functions on the platform also gives us insights into where learners might need additional support.
What do you dislike?
Overall, functionality is solid, with features that should engage learners well; however, better gamification could help further (this is a personal opinion). Administration could also be made easier for larger organizations with a slightly broader range of third-party productivity tool integrations.

EzyCourse is easy to use, even for non-techies, with an intuitive interface to help you create and manage your courses. Greenroom supports different content formats for delivering interactive and engaging training materials. Monitoring performance and completion rates is simple with the reporting feature that helps track learner progress and generate reports. Customer support has been timely and responsive whenever we needed help or troubleshooting.
What do you dislike?
EzyCourse is relatively easy to use, though the mobile learning experience could be improved. Some interactive elements are slow on smaller screens and may cause issues for learners predominantly using tablets or smartphones. Giving organizations with unique branding needs more flexibility on their course layouts would help, too.

The flexible types of learning content, such as videos, quizzes, and downloadables, make learning easy and engaging for all learners. Support is also fast and efficient, ensuring smooth problem resolution whenever any challenges arise.
What do you dislike?
Customization of visual element specs is limited, which may be an issue for branding-focused organizations. Slow load times may occur during high traffic periods, but that should only affect learners occasionally, and this has little effect on overall usability.

What do you dislike?

I was blown away by how supportive the EzyCourse team was while I built my pages and set up new features. They answered every question with patience, and I learned a lot from the tutorials. What do you dislike?
Building my page took longer than I expected because I needed time to learn where everything was and how each feature connected. Even though the outcome made the effort worthwhile, there were moments when I wished some tasks felt quicker.

So far, there's nothing to complain about; their platform maintenance is commendable. They consistently update features based on customer feedback. I like most their unique features like, community, private chat, group chat, white label mobile app, white label email marketing, gamification feature.
What do you dislike?
Every feature is amazing ! I would like to request to develop other features which is useful and helpful for educators and entrepreneurs .
