Access to a wide range of diverse courses across all training needs

What do you like best? Once we implemented Go1, we immediately saw the depth of the content library. We have been able to offer a range of training needs, from compliance training to leadership development, all in a single place. This has spared us the time and effort of sourcing different providers, and rollout has been a breeze across departments.
What do you dislike? Our only struggle has been that the gigantic library sometimes feels too broad. Without sound selection, our learners are occasionally unsure about where to start. A more robust recommendation engine or personalized pathways would ease the experience.

Content hub that blends into multiple platforms perfectly

What do you like best? We were impressed with the breadth of the Go1 content hub; it unlocked access to many courses without needing multiple vendors. Integration with our current LMS was smooth, and our employees could dive in without significant training or disruptions. It has been a real step up for our learning and development program.
What do you dislike? There is so much content that sometimes our learners feel overwhelmed. We would like to see a tighter set of built-in filter tools or personalization so that we can get the materials more quickly into the hands of the right people without our team having to do so much manual curating.

Excellent content aggregator for several learning solutions

What do you like best? Go1 has been our go-to for content. We get access to thousands of courses under one umbrella subscription, which has consolidated our training programs and made team/individual learning more streamlined. We particularly appreciate its ease of integration into our existing workflows.
What do you dislike? The content offering is solid, but we've found that Go1 operates more as a content hub than a true LMS. For advanced functions such as complicated analytics or more extensive, comprehensive reporting and tracking, we still have to go back to our LMS. This is not a dealbreaker, but it is something to consider.

Go1’s variety is a benefit, but more personalization is needed

What do you like best? We have implemented Go1 across various sectors, and the initial response has been great. Workers love the breadth of topics, from the basics of compliance to skill development courses, and we love how easily it integrates with other workflows. For L&D planning, having everything under one hub has simplified things for us.
What do you dislike? One roadblock is that the interface can sometimes seem a bit too generic. This causes learners to have to dig a little to find the relevant information. We would appreciate seeing smarter recommendations or being able to hide content that is irrelevant to our teams.

Revolutionized training, but navigation could improve

What do you like best? We have been using Go1 for several months now and have noticed a massive difference in how we deliver training. Its massive amount of curated content means we have a solution for just about any requirement, whether it is onboarding, compliance, or leadership training. More so, it has proven to be a less expensive solution than dealing with multiple vendors.
What do you dislike? One of the complications we face is that learners sometimes feel inundated with content. We love the diversity, but the experience would improve even further if stronger navigation tools and more guided learning paths were introduced.

What do you like best? Go1 has been helpful because it keeps our learning resources in one central location. Staff members have an easier time finding training that matches their needs. Departments enjoy choosing courses that support development plans.
What do you dislike? Certain teams feel that browsing can take longer than expected because categories sometimes include broad mixes of content. They would appreciate clearer roles based paths. A few courses feel repetitive, which creates uncertainty during selection.

What do you like best? Go1 has played a meaningful part in expanding what we can offer for learning. Employees have responded well to the platform because it keeps training easy to access. Managers use it to assign lessons across different subjects.
What do you dislike? Some staff members feel that the search results could be more specific. They sometimes see too many options for a single subject. A cleaner layout with stronger grouping would help reduce time spent filtering.

Go1 Transforms Training Access For Teams But Platform Feels Crowded And Needs Filters

What do you like best? Go1 has given our staff a simple way to explore training without the stress of juggling different vendors. The library covers many subjects and makes it easier for managers to assign meaningful material. People appreciate how quickly they can log in and begin learning.
What do you dislike? Some people say the platform can feel crowded because of the number of courses available. They sometimes spend extra time looking for the best starting point. A more focused entry experience would help new users feel more confident.

it is a content aggregator NOT an LMS. you need to reposition it and correct ASAP

What do you like best? They have very diverse content. That is the key, not the platform. So you have the wrong competitors listed. LinkedIn Learning, Open Sesame are competitors
What do you dislike? Too much, needs curating, which they will do for you. I like the product, it is your positioning that is WAY out of date.
