Automation of payroll management is also great for accurate and timely payments. The integrated leave and attendance module improves transparency and overall employee satisfaction. It also enables you to onboard new hires quickly and stay compliant with statutory requirements.

What do you dislike? While feature-rich, the platform can sometimes feel overwhelming for organizations with minimal HR needs. Some workflows, such as performance appraisal customization, are not entirely flexible. It would work better for larger companies if it added more third-party integration support and advanced report visualization capabilities.

What do you dislike? Greythr has a robust feature set, but the downside is the degree of customization because every organization has unique policies. Some of the advanced reports require time to create, and the visualizations on the dashboard are somewhat static. What do you dislike? At times, I have noticed that support response times are longer than you would typically expect, especially for urgent requests.
