What do you like best? Greythr makes it easier for managers to streamline HR processes across departments. Instead of focusing on administrative work, they can now concentrate on strategizing. Automation of payroll management is also great for accurate and timely payments. The integrated leave and attendance module improves transparency and overall employee satisfaction. It also enables you to onboard new hires quickly and stay compliant with statutory requirements.
What do you dislike? While feature-rich, the platform can sometimes feel overwhelming for organizations with minimal HR needs. Some workflows, such as performance appraisal customization, are not entirely flexible. It would work better for larger companies if it added more third-party integration support and advanced report visualization capabilities.

What do you like best? Greythr has revolutionized our HR operations by automating all payroll, attendance, and leave management with ease. The platform is incredibly intuitive, minimizing manual errors and saving time that would otherwise be wasted on planning. It smoothens several aspects, such as employee onboarding, and ensures full compliance with labor laws. Remote teams have improved access from the mobile app, while management can utilise those insightful reports to make quick, data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike? Greythr has a robust feature set, but the downside is the degree of customization because every organization has unique policies. Some of the advanced reports require time to create, and the visualizations on the dashboard are somewhat static. During busy periods, response times to support requests can be slow, and integrating with third-party tools can enhance the flexibility of this platform for large organizations.

What do you like best? I have to say that the attendance tools in greytHR save us a great deal of time. I like how quickly I can review entries, correct issues, and keep daily records clean. It keeps everything consistent without the manual tracking we used to struggle with, and it genuinely makes routine work feel lighter.
What do you dislike? At times, I have noticed that support response times are longer than you would typically expect, especially for urgent requests. Sometimes issues get routed around, and waiting for updates delays progress on tasks that depend on those fixes. It works out in the end, but the wait can be frustrating.

What do you like best? greytHR is very easy to pick up, especially for small setups that need simple, steady HR processes. What do you like best? With Greythr in hand, our payroll processing and employee record maintenance have become much smoother, and we are now able to do more strategic HR planning. It is an intuitive leave management system that allows for easy tracking and approval of time-off requests. Aside from this, payroll compliance is automatic as all statutory compliances are pre-fed in the payroll routes with no manual intervention. It also contributes to income tax and expense calculations.
What do you dislike? For first-time users, the range of features can make it a bit challenging to navigate. Other modules, such as performance management, may feel more rigid and less well-developed for organizations with highly customized processes. It would also be beneficial if reporting were more dynamic, with filters that allow you to select specific data quickly.
