What do you like best?
GyrusAim makes managing compliance training incredibly easy. The automation features—like recurring assignments, skill gap tracking, and role-based learning paths—save hours of administrative work each week. I also appreciate how the system supports industry standards (SCORM, xAPI) and aligns with 21 CFR Part 11, which is a must-have for our industry. The reporting dashboard is powerful yet intuitive, making audits stress-free.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I’d like to see improved is the mobile experience for instructors—it works well for learners, but admin features on mobile could be more optimized. That said, the support team is always responsive and actively logs suggestions.

We also love how customizable GyrusAim is—from branding our portal to building custom reports and certifications. It scales easily across departments and locations, which has been key to our growth.
What do you dislike?
The interface, while clean and functional, could benefit from a more modern design update—especially for newer users who expect a “consumer app” feel. But once you get past that, everything just works.

21 CFR part 11 compatibility . From an administrator's point of view, I found the interface intuitive, well-structured, and easy to manage even with complex training matrices. The competency management system is a great tool to align training goals with organizational objectives.

What do you like best?
I really appreciate how the platform seamlessly blends instructor-led training, live webinars, and self-paced eLearning modules. This combination offers flexibility for different learning styles and ensures better knowledge retention across our team.
What do you dislike?
The biggest drawback is that it requires a significant amount of time and hands-on effort to fully train our managers on how to effectively use all features of the platform. A more intuitive interface or quicker onboarding would help.

What do you like best?
They are very open to suggestions. When I look at the platform now, I can see what I've recommended. They really listen to their customers.
What do you dislike?
The report module is terrible. It gives the reports in PDF format as a default. If you use the Excel format, you have to get rid of lots of pictures and headers before you are able to filter and sort your spreadsheet. They know it's not the greatest and are working on getting a new reporting process but that will take time.

What do you like best?
Straight forward use once the user learns the basics. Easy to add new trainings. Well suited to look up a user's transcript. Customer service is always responsive and ready to work on an issue. The quarterly User Group meetings are very helpful to know what's changing and to hear what other users have to say.
What do you dislike?
Needs more reports, missing some basics. An easier to program custom report generator is needed to accomplish company specific needs, such as audit reports. Getting users to complete their training can be difficult, the reminder emails are useful, but it needs a firmer method to getting trainings done.
Gyrus AIM has a few issues, but works for our needs.

Excellent customer service team Easy to use and navigate for both the Admin and employees Their support and training through the implementation process. Integration with 3rd party training providers to expand our offering to employees. All our training is captured in one place, whether its within Gyrus, on-the-job or external training.
What do you dislike?
There is no App available. This would help us as we have a large population of staff field based. Some reports could be improved to provide a more complete picture of all training

There were several characteristics that I discovered. The design and interface of Gyrus LMS are stunning. Gyrus LMS has fantastic customer service. Gyrus LMS is equipped with a number of useful features. Gyrus LMS comes at a fair price.
What do you dislike?
Nothing at this time, we haven't had any issues with getting it set up and running. Also, users seem to be able to navigate it easily.
Gyrus is very user friendly with modern functionalities which makes the initial set up very rapid.

The admin side is excellent, as well as their customer support team. All the different functionalities they offer work well whether you are an admin or a learner.
What do you dislike?
It is sometimes difficult to access published course material. Although their system is quite intuitive, it can sometimes give you a hard time when trying to access published material.

One of the main reasons we switched to GyrusAim was because our previous system was way too cumbersome. Now we have been using this LMS for the past 1 year and we are loving it.

We haven't had any unpleasant surprises so far. GyrusAim is a very useful tool for us. Wonderful support by the team.

The way the admin side is organized is very easy to learn & use daily. Their service is really great.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features could be better though. But I'm satisfied with whatever they are offering. So overall it's a nice product.

What do you like best?
It's quick to set up and requires minimal fuss. I am very glad I made this choice. It's effortless to understand, and their support is great and almost instantaneous. My team and I are pleased with it.
What do you dislike?
I wish it was a little bit more intuitive. But I also admire the support team who have helped us so far.

What I like the most about GyrusAim is that it's very easy to track the completion of the training material. It has been a great tool since we do not have to create reports manually.
What do you dislike?
I have liked each and every feature of GyrusAim. I don't think I have any downsides for this product.

Many other LMS’s that we researched did not have this flexibility that we required and so we were pleasantly surprised that gyrus would adapt and change for us.

I think it is very easy to use for the end user. The assignments are there in the Individual Development Plan (IDP) . One of the main reasons Gyrus Aim was selected by our company was for the end user to have ease of use.
