What do you like best?
I like that everything I need is in one place. KWIGA has a built-in CRM, a campaign builder, and multiple task types, which makes managing courses and communication much easier. The interface is simple to navigate, and the support team responds quickly whenever I need help.
What do you dislike?
I wasn’t able to copy courses from another platform, so migrating my existing content took more time than I expected.

What do you like best?
I like that Kwiga is intuitive and works well for both academic and professional training programs. It includes all the core features needed to run courses smoothly, and the 24-hour support team is always quick to respond, which helps us keep operations on track. The pricing is also very fair for the value it provides.
What do you dislike?
It would be great if Kwiga offered integration with Microsoft Teams, as that would make live classes and collaboration even more seamless within the platform.

What do you like best?
I really like how quickly we can create and launch new courses. The built-in CRM and campaign builder keep all communication and student data organized, saving a lot of time. It’s also great value for the price compared to other platforms we tried.
What do you dislike?
I wish Kwiga offered gamification tools like points, badges, or leaderboards from the day one. They added them recently but its hard to implement them now to the process.

What do you like best?
I especially appreciate how easy the platform is to navigate and the fast, responsive 24/7 support team. The built-in CRM is also a big advantage because it helps track learner progress and communication in one place.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were more design and layout customization options to better match specific branding styles.

What do you like best?
Kwiga makes a really good first impression - it's a current looking, clean, professional design. It conveys that building courses will be easy and seamless, and this initially got me excited to get to work on my content.
What do you dislike?
Once I started actually building the course, the experience was entirely the opposite! It was constantly freezing, edits weren't saving, and basic actions took multiple attempts. Instead of making me create courses faster, it was slowing me down. The course builder is confusing and feels unfinished, which made the whole process a pain - instead of supporting me, it was work.

What do you like best?
I really appreciate the built-in CRM because it keeps all student communication and progress tracking in one place. This makes managing interactions much smoother and helps maintain a clear record of engagement without relying on external tools.
What do you dislike?
The lack of a mass import or bulk upload feature can make migrating or updating multiple modules time-consuming. Having bulk upload options would save a lot of effort when setting up or revising larger course structures.

The overall value for cost is excellent, especially for schools or educators who need flexibility.
What do you dislike?
Because the platform is feature-rich, the interface can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for new users. Some areas could be simplified or streamlined to make initial onboarding smoother.

Kwiga LMS is intuitive and flexible, easily accommodating our school’s needs. It supports a wide range of tasks, from quizzes to assignments, keeping the learning experience dynamic and engaging. The clean, uncluttered interface allows both teachers and students to get started quickly with minimal training, which saves time and reduces confusion.
What do you dislike?
The absence of direct integrations with Teams or Zoom can make connecting live sessions to the platform slightly cumbersome. Having these integrations would greatly improve the overall workflow and make scheduling and conducting live lessons much smoother.

like that it’s flexible, intuitive, and easy to use, which makes setting up and managing courses straightforward even for non-technical users. The built-in CRM tools are a huge advantage—they automatically track student progress, interactions, and communication, saving administrators a lot of time and providing a clear overview of each learner’s journey. This combination of simplicity and smart automation really enhances the overall teaching and management experience.
What do you dislike?
I wish it had a formal exam feature to make standardized assessments easier. Having this functionality would streamline our evaluation process

What do you like best?
I really like the ability to customize feedback, upload different tasks including video files, and use the many branding options from the new update. The platform also makes it easy to host webinars, engage students, and run sales funnels all in one place, which saves a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike?
I wish Kwiga had more advanced built-in analytics and allowed hosting webinars directly without relying on YouTube, as that would make the experience more seamless.

What do you dislike?
The only drawback is that some advanced settings take time to learn, and a few integrations could be more versatile, but support is helpful.

What do you like best?
It's possible to integrate virtual lab simulations into the very course modules using Kwiga LMS. The students get to experiment virtually, hold variables constant, and get real-time feedback — and they don't have to be in a physical-world lab for that. It keeps them engaged and curious after school, too.
What do you dislike?
Some of the simulations take up bandwidth, so students with slower connections will be left behind. Having access to individual activities offline would be wonderful.
