What do you like best? Netchex makes clocking in and out straightforward for employees, whether they’re using the mobile app or a terminal in the office. The flexibility is convenient, especially for teams that are often on the go. Employees appreciate being able to use their phones without needing extra equipment, and managers can easily view attendance in real time.
What do you dislike? One issue that has come up is the automatic logout feature. While it’s understandable from a security standpoint, some employees find it frustrating to have to log back in during the day. It can disrupt workflow, especially if they’re in a rush to clock in or out. For staff who aren’t as comfortable with technology, the repeated logins can create unnecessary stress.

What do you dislike? The mobile app generally works well, but there have been times when it has crashed unexpectedly. It doesn’t happen a lot, but it can be inconvenient if you’re in the middle of entering information or trying to clock in. Improving app stability would make the experience even smoother.

I’d say a good payroll solution for new businesses

What do you like best? Netchex has been extremely helpful, especially when getting started with payroll at St. Tammany Hospital. The process is quick and reliable, which takes a lot of stress out of managing paychecks. It’s affordable, easy to use, and the support team is always available whenever questions come up. Security features give peace of mind, and employees feel comfortable knowing their pay is handled securely and on time.
What do you dislike? The only improvement I can think of would be having a slightly smoother login process, as it occasionally feels like an extra step. Beyond that, I haven’t found much to complain about. Netchex has been dependable, and it’s a system I see myself continuing to use for the long term.

What do you like best? What stands out most about Netchex is their customer service. The team is hands-on, approachable, and always willing to walk you through the system. They make sure you never feel stuck or left figuring things out alone. The platform also provides strong training resources and multiple ways to get help, whether it’s through documentation, direct support, or communication inside the system.
What do you dislike? One area that could be better is payroll scheduling. Right now, you have to manually enter pay period and paycheck dates, which can add unnecessary steps. It also requires an override to run payroll with next-day pay, limiting flexibility. Adding more automation here would make the process faster and reduce the chance of errors.

What do you like best? Netchex makes it easy to monitor employee hours and catch potential overtime before it becomes an issue. Having visibility in real time allows managers to adjust schedules and keep labor costs under control. It’s straightforward and reliable for time tracking.
What do you dislike? Switching between employee and manager views isn’t as smooth as it could have been. I mostly have to open a different browser just to switch roles, which adds extra steps to a task that should be simple. A quicker toggle would improve usability.

What do you like best? The selection of customization options can still feel limited. Sometimes, we prefer a particular dashboard to be organized exactly the way our team wants it, but the settings can't be changed as easily as we'd like.

Slightly more freedom to arrange data fields and how they are displayed or grouped would make the tool that much more helpful for companies with even slightly non-standard internal processes.

What do you like best? What stands out about Netchex is its consistent evolution of the platform. The interface looks clean, navigation is intuitive, and most processes require only a few clicks. Running payroll is fast, and error-checking features help prevent mistakes before they happen. Their support team also deserves appreciation because they always take the time to understand the issue, rather than giving short responses.
What do you dislike? There are times when certain pages load slower than expected, especially during peak periods. It does not significantly interrupt our workflow, but it is noticeable to employees who log in at the same time. Further performance optimization would help ensure that everything remains quick, even during heavier usage.

What do you like best? Netchex has been a wonderful surprise, as it’s both excellent and secure. The payroll computations are precise, tax filings are executed smoothly, and the system provides ample visibility at every step. We also appreciate how the team is subtly rolling out updates while maintaining an approachable and very easy–to–use platform.
What do you dislike? The reporting area, while functional, sometimes requires additional exports to build the exact format we want. It would be helpful to have more preset templates that match common business reporting needs. The filters also require a moment to adjust, which can slow down the process when trying to gather multiple data points simultaneously.

What do you like best? The system brings together payroll, attendance, benefits, and basic HR functions in a way that feels genuinely convenient. Our employees appreciate the self-service features, since they can update personal information or download documents without needing HR assistance.
What do you dislike? Some of the training materials could be clearer, especially for employees who are not particularly tech-savvy. There is definitely support, but a more robust learning center with real-world examples is needed to make new users feel more comfortable faster. Some modules also seem to be in need of minor user experience updates to make them more modern.

Netchex makes payroll processing smooth, and the time tools help ensure accurate attendance records. The support staff has been consistently kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They make onboarding new employees easier by guiding us through every step.
What do you dislike? For some integrations, add additional configuration to ensure they work correctly. The support team does assist with setup, but it would be great if more or even all connections would function right away without any additional back-and-forth. Better instructions in the UI itself, particularly when connecting third-party apps, would help make this process more intuitive for smaller organizations.
