What is Origin Fractal LXP?

Origin Fractal LXP is a Learning Experience Platform, built to leverage modern immersive and interactive technology, data analytics, and a learner-centric approach to offer exceptional learning experiences to users.

Origin launched Fractal LXP in 2018 in response to the growing need for an extended enterprise training platform. The design philosophy that drives Origin Fractal was devised after observation, understanding the needs of our clients, and extensive research on what makes learning stick. While working with hi-tech Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, we identified the shared difficulties of clients when dealing with oversized, expensive-to-manage Learning Management Platforms. The Traditional Learning Management system had several technological shortcomings that hindered the efficacy of learning programs for businesses. Despite these shortcomings, the LMS model continued to dominate the L&D space for a lack of better options.
