Full-Featured platform that delivers instant value

What do you like best? The moment I started using Product Fruits, it impressed me right away. I was able to onboard myself in under a few minutes and explore every feature without needing any assistance or demos. The platform feels thoughtfully built for users who want to jump in and start creating. Every feature, from interactive guides and in-app hints to embedded videos, works smoothly and adds immediate value.
What do you dislike? The browser extension is convenient for editing in real time, but switching between elements can occasionally be tricky. It takes a bit of patience when fine-tuning multiple components in a single session. Adding an easier element selector or quick toggle could make the editing process even smoother. Still, that’s a minor learning curve compared to the overall efficiency and value Product Fruits provides.

Outstanding Training Tool That Simplifies Onboarding

What do you like best? Product Fruits has been a wonderful addition to our new user training process. From the very first call, the team made a great impression by providing a detailed walkthrough tailored to our organization’s needs. Their customer support has been exceptional; Ricardo and his team respond quickly, offer clear guidance, and genuinely care about helping customers succeed. The platform itself is very intuitive once you explore its features.
What do you dislike? The only real drawback is the need to manually save edits when creating or updating tours. It’s easy to forget, and losing unsaved work can be frustrating after putting in significant time. Having an automatic save or version history would be a big help for creators managing multiple projects. Other than that, Product Fruits has been a dependable and impactful platform that continues to enhance our onboarding and training efforts.

Excellent onboarding tool with great pricing and seamless setup for growing teams

What do you like best? Product Fruits delivers a powerful onboarding experience without the hefty price tag seen with most competitors. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to implement and customize. The interface is clean and requires no coding knowledge, which makes setup super easy! Within minutes, I was able to create interactive product tours, helpful tooltips, and checklists that guide users through every step of our web app.
What do you dislike? I did notice a few minor hiccups when using the tour builder. Specifically, some pop-up modals displayed small styling inconsistencies when switching between languages. For teams working in multilingual environments, a stronger translation or localization system would be a welcome upgrade. That said, these are minor issues that don’t take away from how well Product Fruits performs overall.

Impressive AI Features and Smart Customization Options

What do you like best? Product Fruits has come a long way and continues to improve with every update. Its AI functionality is one of the most responsive and capable I’ve seen in this space. The AI assistant quickly answers questions, provides links to relevant resources, and genuinely feels like an integrated help companion rather than a standalone chatbot. The customization options for tooltips, pop-ups, and news callouts are excellent.
What do you dislike? While it’s already a strong product, a few refinements could make it even better. I’d like to see more styling options for tooltips and the Life Ring knowledge center, including adjustable icon sizes and larger widget windows. Analytics still feels somewhat basic and could benefit from deeper keyword search features, especially for scraped content.

Quick setup and developer-friendly design for fast integration and smooth performance

What do you like best? Product Fruits makes creating in-app onboarding experiences incredibly straightforward. As a developer, I appreciated how clearly the system was documented and how little coding was actually required to get it running. Within a short time, we had interactive tours, tooltips, and checklists live. All perfectly matched our product’s branding.
What do you dislike? While the platform is mostly no-code, there are still a few advanced design tweaks that require custom CSS or scripting. It would be great if future updates offered more flexibility for styling without needing to touch the code. Some of the deeper visual controls are slightly limited compared to what developers might want. Still, these are small trade-offs for the time saved and the overall ease of use Product Fruits provides.

Powerful Feature Tours Deploy Quickly But Design Customization Is Limited

Oct 7, 2024

Overall Rating 83%

What do you like best? Product Fruits has helped me roll out onboarding flows quickly without relying on engineering. I can build guided tours and in-app announcements that explain complex processes in a way that feels much more engaging than static docs or emails. This has reduced the number of support tickets I receive because users see the guidance they need at the right moment.
What do you dislike? Despite its strengths, some parts of the platform feel like they could use deeper customization. Designing elements that fully reflect my brand’s visual identity required extra workarounds, and the available options sometimes feel more restrictive than I’d like.

Cost Effective For SaaS But Customization Requires Manual CSS Work

Oct 7, 2024

What do you like best? For our SaaS business, Product Fruits made sense because it offered many features that other tools provide only in more expensive tiers, at a more reasonable price. The interface is very user-friendly; integrating with our app was a fairly quick process, and we did not need to allocate a specific developer resource.
What do you dislike? However, at times, we experienced slight issues with the browser extension while editing tours: it occasionally misbehaved or felt a bit buggy. Customization also added work in writing additional CSS, making the building of these polished, branded experiences more labor-intensive than we had hoped.

User Friendly Onboarding Tool Saves Time But Analytics Are Too Basic

Oct 5, 2024

Overall Rating 83%

What do you like best? I’ve found Product Fruits refreshingly simple to use, and from the first day I was able to design and launch a guided tour without needing technical help. The platform lets me create in-app tours, hints, and checklists that walk new users through key tasks, which has reduced questions to support. Support is responsive and practical whenever I run into something unfamiliar.
What do you dislike? There are a few areas that feel like they could improve. The reporting and analytics are basic and not deep enough for detailed analysis of user engagement or adoption trends, so I sometimes need outside tools to get the insights I want. Also, copying elements like checklists between environments isn’t as seamless as I’d expect and requires extra work to rebuild them.

Intuitive No Code Tools And Support But Analytics Features Are Basic

Oct 5, 2024

What do you like best? Product Fruits was uncharacteristically intuitive for me to get accustomed to. We were able to create guided tours, tooltips, and checklists in days using the no-code interface without involving heavy engineering. The support has been fantastic; whenever I asked for help, live chat and email replies were quick and precise every time.
What do you dislike? The setup was seamless, but the analytics features are somewhat basic. I would like to see the ability to drill into user behavior trends or export more useful reports. Additionally, some styling options were restricted, which made it more difficult for our branding to be enforced than I would have liked.

Helpful For Feature Adoption Success But Analytics Depth Is Lacking

What do you like best? Product Fruits has been a practical addition to my toolkit for driving feature adoption. By adding interactive tours and contextual hints, I’ve seen new users pick up key functionality faster with fewer questions to support. It is straightforward to design sequences that lead users step by step, and the “What’s New” announcement hub gives us a centralized way to share updates without intrusive emails.
What do you dislike? While the platform works well for onboarding, it can feel like basic analytics could be a little more insightful for long-term tracking. I sometimes wish the charts and reporting could show deeper correlations between onboarding completion and downstream product usage.

Great Onboarding Tools And Support But Advanced Analytics Are Lacking

May 28, 2024

What do you like best? Product Fruits has been one great feature we have loved in our small to mid-size company. The onboarding tours, hints, and announcement tools help our product team communicate changes efficiently. The support team has consistently provided strong assistance every time we have had questions; their responses have been timely and helpful.
What do you dislike? The flip side, though, is that while you can get basic reporting, it lacks the depth of most extensive enterprise tooling. Tying tour completion to feature adoption, for instance, or diving into the behavior of individual users, requires more manual effort than we would like. Finally, we encountered some issues with promoting assets between the staging and production environments.

Quick Guides And Checklists Boost Engagement But Staging Tools Are Lacking

What do you like best? My experience with Product Fruits has been positive overall, especially because it makes in-app guidance easy to build and maintain without writing a line of code. I like creating product tours and checklists that help users discover features as they go, which keeps them engaged longer and boosts confidence in the product.
What do you dislike? There are still a few areas that feel like they need more depth. Analytics are clear for views and completions, but I would love more tools that help interpret impact on user behavior over time without external platforms. Some of the customization feels limited, and a few advanced options require workarounds that slow me down.

Flexible Solution That Scales Well But Needs More Branding Control

May 25, 2024

What do you like best? For our needs, Product Fruits offered great flexibility: we could create segmented onboarding flows, embed tooltips around various workflows, and deploy announcements to the respective users. This is a reality of the “no-code” paradigm, enabling business users to take swift actions.
What do you dislike? However, we would like to see in-product integrations (e.g., one-click sync with HubSpot or another CRM) and more branding control across the entire UI. Some of the customisation we anticipated still required custom CSS or creative solutions. On top of that, exporting growth analytics, we felt the metrics were not quite as refined as we had expected.

Affordable No Code Onboarding With Good Value But Branding Options Are Rigid

What do you like best? One thing I appreciate about Product Fruits is how much I can accomplish without a huge price tag. Compared with other onboarding tools I tested, it was easier to start, faster to implement, and packed with features that help me welcome new users effectively. The no-code editor makes building interactive flows enjoyable and reduces dependency on developers.
What do you dislike? As our use cases have expanded, I’ve noticed areas that feel a bit limited. Some of the design and layout options could be deeper, especially if you have strict brand guidelines. I also ran into situations where certain content did not behave exactly as I expected without additional tweaking.

Efficient No Code User Journeys But Visual Templates Are Restrictive

What do you like best? We found that the combination of proper segmentation and no-code made it feel efficient to use Product Fruits to piece together in-app onboarding flows. The UI was clean, and the non-technical members of our team could jump in and contribute.
What do you dislike? However, when I attempted to create more advanced custom designs, such as matching precise UI layouts or implementing two-way data syncs with our CRM, I encountered roadblocks. A few of the visual templates felt restrictive, and the platform still lacked some export options and analytics depth.
