What do you like best? Remote has significantly streamlined our global hiring process. It’s allowed us to tap into top talent in countries where we have no legal presence, without the usual administrative and compliance headaches. We’re able to provide compliant contracts, manage payroll across borders, and receive guidance on tax and legal questions specific to each region. The platform has helped us save time, reduce risk, and expand our team confidently.
What do you dislike? Onboarding timelines vary depending on local regulations, which means the hiring manager needs to stay actively engaged during the process. A bit of extra coordination is required with Remote’s onboarding team to ensure a smooth setup in each country. Their customer support is truly top-notch. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond to find solutions.

What do you like best? Remote’s portal is incredibly user-friendly. Our team required no training to get started. The interface is clean and straightforward, making day-to-day tasks easy to complete. Any time I’ve reached out for support, the Remote team has responded quickly and resolved issues efficiently. The switch from our previous provider (Velocity Global) has been a huge upgrade in both service and usability.
What do you dislike? This is a minor suggestion, but it would be helpful to have the ability to hide or disable features we don’t use. Customizing the interface to reflect only what’s relevant to our team would make the platform feel even more streamlined. I’d highly recommend Remote to any organization managing international contractors or employees

What do you like best? We began using Remote early in their journey and have grown alongside them. It has been instrumental in helping us build a global team that sits at the intersection of industrials and AI, an incredibly niche talent pool. The collaboration has been rewarding, with the team consistently receptive to feedback and responsive to our evolving needs.
What do you dislike? One area for improvement would be visibility into onboarding progress. It’d be helpful to see detailed statuses, like whether the onboarding email has been sent or signed, so we can better track and support new hires during the process. Overall, a trusted partner to help any business scale globally without compromising the employee experience.
