WHOM Character Intelligence

WHOM Character Intelligence is a free online assessment that measures character, not personality. Personality is who you are; character is what you choose, which means it can be developed. The assessment maps four dimensions, Work-Ethic, Heart, Optimism and Maturity, across 22 sub-traits, using 132 forced-choice questions in four rounds. There are no types, archetypes or wrong answers. Results arrive immediately: a character signature showing how each person’s character is weighted across the four pillars, their superpowers, and a growth map naming the one practice worth building next. It takes 30 to 45 minutes, and people can pause and return. It was created by Omar L. Harris, founder of Intent Consulting and author of Grow With W.H.O.M., for individuals, leaders, HR and L&D teams, coaches and educators.

WHOM Character Intelligence gives people a clear, practical picture of their character and a specific next step for growing it. Because it measures choices rather than fixed traits, results point to what someone can develop, not a label to live with. Each person receives a character signature across Work-Ethic, Heart, Optimism and Maturity, the superpowers they lead with, and a growth map naming the one practice worth building next. For leaders and HR or L&D teams, it offers a shared language for honest conversations about character in leadership development, coaching and team building. Educators can use it to start reflection and goal-setting with students. It is free, needs no credit card, takes 30 to 45 minutes, delivers results immediately, and lets people pause and return when needed.
