I love that the user experience is easy and provides multiple ways of displaying the training for users.
What do you dislike?
We are new users to the system and as of now i do not see anything i do not like. There are still several bits of functionality that we have yet to utilize, but if everything works as designed i do not see any issues.

What do you like best?
The tool is so easy to use I had/have no problem suggesting and sharing this tool with clients for them to adopt. I normally only have to show them how it works once and they are good to go.
What do you dislike?
Not sure. The program has been incrediblely easy to use and if I have any questions or anything, I just reach out to the support group and they answer my questions.

All trainings can be found in one place, you can quickly check progress and results of all users. Its great for record keeping. Customer support team is very efficient and helpful. There is a wide choice of different type of trainings which cover regulatory obligations.
