Dependable For Basic Needs But Major Reliability And Support Concerns

What do you like best? For straightforward online classes, WizIQ can be dependable. It offers virtual classrooms with essential tools like video, screen sharing, content upload, and quizzes. For occasional courses and small-batch trainings, it gives a simple way to go online without a heavy setup.
What do you dislike? In one case, our sessions suffered from connectivity delays and laggy audio, which disrupted the class flow. When we reached out to support for a refund after repeated failures, follow-up was poor, and refund requests were declined. The localization we paid for was never properly delivered.

Reliable Virtual Classroom With Global Reach And Easy Mobile Access

What do you like best? WizIQ’s virtual classroom is very easy to use and lets us run live classes smoothly from anywhere. We can build courses, enroll participants globally, and even conduct tests and assessments online.
What do you dislike? One downside is that customer support could be faster. When issues pop up, response sometimes takes longer than expected, which causes delays. A few features feel basic compared with more advanced LMS systems. The whiteboard could use better responsiveness, and some media-upload functions feel slightly clunky.

Excellent Choice For Global Enrollments And Reliable Online Assessments

What do you like best? WizIQ excels when you have students spread across geographies. We could enroll users worldwide and manage their learning seamlessly. The assessment and test features work reliably, and student evaluation is straightforward.
What do you dislike? I wish the platform had more sophisticated reporting and analytics to gauge student performance over time. While basic test scores and attendance work, deeper insights and progress tracking are missing.

Comprehensive Virtual Classroom Solution With Some Support Delays

Aug 18, 2024

Overall Rating 81%

  • Customer Experience

What do you like best? WizIQ brings together everything needed for online teaching: live streaming, content library, recordings, screen sharing, group chat, breakout rooms, and more. For teachers and small-team instructors, this all-in-one setup makes lesson delivery and student management easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike? The main drawback is that when we faced a technical issue, customer support was slow to respond. That delay impacted the session schedule. Also, while most core tools work fine, some advanced features like course analytics or user-role controls feel limited compared to larger LMS platforms. For institutions requiring heavy admin control, this could be restrictive.

Ideal Platform For Remote Employee Training And Development Needs

What do you like best? As an HR manager, I found WizIQ ideal for remote employee training and development. The platform handles live classes, assessments, and enrollments without fuss. It meets our needs for delivering quality training across locations.
What do you dislike? From what I noticed, there are no major drawbacks yet, but occasionally, scheduling and coordination between classes and batches feel slightly manual. While support exists, it would be helpful if there were a more proactive alert or calendar-based scheduling feature. It feels like a small upgrade, but that would make the workflow smoother.

Excellent choice for educators needing flexible live classes and global reach

Jun 12, 2019

What do you like best? With a global student base, we valued how WizIQ LMS could enroll learners across all time zones, provide live, interactive webinars, and then record them for review later, with mobile capabilities for students using tablets or phones. It was cloud-based, meaning we could bypass complicated IT infrastructure and get started quickly. The content upload, test/assessment builder, and progress tracking provided us with a fair level of visibility into how learners performed.
What do you dislike? The challenges are primarily related to customer support responsiveness and processing feature requests, which require additional time. While the platform is very flexible, any aspect related to branding, notifications, or the mobile app experience requires additional coordination to get right. We have also found that when hosting extensive live sessions (hundreds of people), the interface has been sluggish, and there have been a few instances where chat or audio has lagged.

Comprehensive LMS solution with many capabilities, but expect a learning curve

What do you like best? WizIQ LMS is one of the more extensive platforms we examined, featuring live WebRTC-based classrooms (with multi-way video, chat, and breakout rooms) as well as a comprehensive course builder with multiple formats, mobile apps, e-commerce capabilities, and reporting dashboards. It provides payroll, HR services, reporting, and so on, so for educators or organisations looking for a one-stop platform, it does just that.
What do you dislike? Picking up on all features isn’t something an administrator or an instructor can achieve overnight. Certain features were somewhat hidden, and we found that working with them for the first time required more training than we expected. The system is also as good as your internet connection, so learners in lower-bandwidth regions may experience dropouts. Finally, although mobile support is available, we found that the feature parity between desktop and mobile presenter views was sometimes lacking.

A robust integrated platform for live teaching and self-paced courses

What do you like best? We chose WizIQ LMS because it offers both live instructor-led sessions and self-paced course delivery options. Some of its features include a comprehensive list, offering live classes through WebRTC, screen sharing, and break-out rooms, a cloud content library (with support for videos, PPTs, and more), mobile access for learners on the go, and an analytics function.
What do you dislike? The core features are powerful, though we experienced some friction at scale. It was significantly more expensive than expected for large courses, as well as advanced custom branding. There were also integrations with outside systems (such as our in-house CRM) that sometimes required additional work or custom API implementations.

What do you like best? I am using WizIQ LMS software from last one year, and this seems to be the perfect software that easily run from any internet browser. This is a complete learning management system with perfect UI and UX. End to end online teaching platform.
What do you dislike? More option for e-commerce.

Strong platform for corporate training with well-rounded features and e-commerce capability

What do you like best? From a corporate learning and development perspective, we found WizIQ LMS to be great for employee onboarding as well as partner training. You can create branded portals, self-paced courses, and live webinars, and it includes a payment gateway for customer training. Additionally, it tracks learner engagement. This is useful for compliance and training metrics, as it helps in managing users, automating tasks (enrolment, notifications), and also running tests/assessments.
What do you dislike? However, in the case of ultra-bespoke enterprise deployments, it may feel less flexible compared to other systems. There is plenty of feedback from users indicating that both licensing and storage become less cost-effective for large organisations. Even with numerous integrations in place (e.g., WordPress, Moodle), our internal IT team recognized that connecting to legacy systems required further adapter development or bespoke scripting.

Ideal for small training institutes launching online quickly, but some scaling issues

What do you like best? We are a small institute with limitations in terms of functioning with full-fledged operations, which means we needed to adopt digital solutions as quickly as possible. This was precisely what WizIQ catered to: rapid onboarding, we could upload our course materials, set up live sessions in a matter of days, and learners logged in via mobile without too much trouble. We didn’t have to piece together different tools, including the course builder, analytics which were all on a single platform.
What do you dislike? However, as our number of learners increased, we began to experience higher costs and the limits of further customization. The analytics are available, but they are not as granular as some of the specialist analytics platforms we had previously used. I have also seen some reviewers comment about live session connectivity and stability issues when the internet/server load varies; it was the same issue for us as well.
