Dr. Malcolm Low is currently an Associate Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology. He received his Bachelor and Master of Applied Science in Computer Engineering and a D.Phil. degree in Computer Science from Oxford University. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and ACM. His current research interest is in the modeling, simulation, analysis and optimization of complex systems.
