Adult education, workplace learning and leadership

I got my masters degree in adult education 2016 and doctoral degree in 2020. In my PhD, I examined self-directed workplace learning in technology-based work. I'm working as a research coordinator and researcher in two different research and development projects carried out in the Department of Education and Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics (JSBE).
