• Collaborate with faculty and Subject Matter Experts to design and develop quality student-centered online blended learning and/or lifelong learning courses.
• Individual guidance of teaching staff in planning courses and study guides that meet the quality criteria of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
• Application of research-based educational and teaching models to design accessible and effective learning paths.
• Evaluation and optimization of courses using learning analytics.
• Training for teaching staff in matters of educational planning, application of teaching strategies and methods, and use of educational technology tools in order to ensure the quality specifications of student-centered learning, in accordance with European quality assurance standards in higher education.
• Cooperation with the Quality Assurance Manager and support of the educational program certification process.

• Master's degree in Educational Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• At least three (3) years related working in educational design and educational program development.
• Knowledge of adult education principles.
• Experience using content authoring tools (e.g., iSpring, Articulate) and media production tools.
• Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMSs), preferably Moodle.
• Knowledge of learning analytics.
• Universal design knowledge for accessible educational content.
• Communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
• Project management skills.
