INFORMATION NOTICE FOR JOB APPLICANTS
REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA
A. DATA CONTROLLER INFORMATION
The company under the name «ELEARNING INDUSTRY INC», having its registered office at 401 Ryland Street, Suite 200-A; Reno, NV 89502 (hereinafter “eLearning Industry”), hereby informs you, in its capacity as Data Controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”), about the type of personal data it collects, the source of their collection, the purpose and legal basis of their processing, their potential recipients, the retention period, any possible transfer outside the EU, as well as your rights in relation to your data as candidates seeking employment through the professional online community operated by eLearning Industry, and how you may exercise them.
B. TYPES OF DATA AND SOURCES
The personal data that may be collected from you and processed by eLearning Industry include:
1. Identification details, such as full name, father’s and mother’s name, gender, date and place of birth, nationality
2. Contact details, such as postal and email address, phone number (landline, mobile)
3. Curriculum vitae, job title and level
4. Education and work experience data, professional background
5. LinkedIn profile and/or portfolio addresses
6. Cover letters
The above personal data are provided/collected directly from you, as you mainly disclose them in the form of a CV on the professional online platform operated by eLearning Industry.
C. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
eLearning Industry collects and processes your data insofar as this is required during the CV submission process, for the purpose of evaluating and determining your eligibility for employment in a specific position offered by a company that has expressed relevant interest.
The processing of your data is based on your consent and the proper performance of our contractual relationship (provision of job placement services).
D. DATA TRANSFERS – RECIPIENTS
In order for eLearning Industry to perform the aforementioned functions and obligations, your personal data may be disclosed to categories of persons or entities (recipients). Such recipients may include:
• Companies participating in the online platform provided by eLearning Industry for the purpose of identifying suitable personnel
• Third-party partners, mainly electronic platforms, through which the organization and achievement of the above purpose are facilitated
• Third-party service providers, mainly recruitment agencies, with which we cooperate in order to contribute to the fulfillment of your objective.
The above recipients have access only to the personal data you disclose which are necessary to achieve the purpose of identifying the most suitable employment position for you. For the fulfillment of this purpose, your data may also be transferred outside the EU, in which case eLearning Industry applies all necessary safeguards and protection measures.
E. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be retained for as long as you wish and for as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose/service provided, as well as for the period required to comply with a legal obligation of eLearning Industry.
Upon expiry of the above periods, your personal data will be deleted/destroyed securely in accordance with the relevant policy of eLearning Industry.
F. YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM
As a data subject contracting with eLearning Industry for the provision of the relevant service, you have a number of rights (withdrawal of consent, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) with respect to your personal data processed by eLearning Industry.

Please note that if there are reasonable doubts as to your identity, we may request additional information to confirm it.
eLearning Industry has the right, in any case, to refuse wholly or partially the satisfaction of your request for restriction or erasure if the processing or retention of the personal data concerning you is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of its legal claims or the fulfillment of its legal obligations.
eLearning Industry must respond to your request within one (1) month of its receipt. This period may be extended by an additional two (2) months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests. In such case, eLearning Industry will inform you within one month of receipt of the request of the extension and the reasons for the delay.
If eLearning Industry does not act on your request in exercising the above rights, or if you consider that your rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority.
