Erwin Haeberle
Erwin J. Haeberle (born 30 March 1936, Dortmund, Germany) is a German social scientist and sexologist. M.A. in 1964 Cornell, Ph.D. in 1966 Heidelberg. Postdoctoral fellow at Yale and U.C. Berkeley from 1966 - 1972. Research associate at the Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender and Reproduction of Indiana University from 1982 - 1984, visiting professor in the medical school of the University of Kiel from 1983-1984, distinguished visiting professor at San Francisco State University in 1984, visiting professor in the medical school of the University of Geneva from 1984 - 1985. Director of Information & Documentation at the AIDS Center of the Federal Health Office in Berlin from 1988 - 1994. From 1991 - 1994 a visiting professor at Humboldt University. 1994 founder and director of the Archive of Sexology. Since 2005 also honorary professor, University of Hong Kong.
