San Francisco, Calif., January 11, 2021 — SweetRush, the custom learning solutions provider known for having heart, earned a total of 13 awards from multiple creative and interactive awards organizations, including 10 Platinum and Gold awards. These awards follow on the heels of SweetRush’s 27 Brandon Hall Group Excellence awards.

The award-winning learning programs, created in collaboration with The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), The Estée Lauder Companies, Wells Fargo, Mondelēz International, and the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA), highlight SweetRush’s ability to take on a variety of subject matters and its breadth and depth of creative capabilities.

Addressing a range of business and human needs, training topics for these programs include leadership and new people manager skills, culture and values for new hire onboarding, empathy building, sustainability and social responsibility, and prevention of opioid addiction in youth athletes. They also feature a number of creative approaches to motivate and engage learners, including brand and topic-relevant storytelling, diverse characters and voices, high levels of interactivity, and high-quality custom illustration and animation.

The recognized learning programs include:

The SHRM People Manager Qualification (PMQ)—a 10+ hour, self-paced eLearning program for new people managers, featuring creative storytelling, diverse characters, gamification, and behavioral assessments—won Gold awards from the Hermes Creative Awards, the Muse Creative Awards, and the Horizon Interactive Awards.

  • The Beauty Inspired, Values Driven Interactive Learning Guide: Advancing Citizenship and Sustainability at ELC, created with The Estée Lauder Companies, earned a Gold award from the Hermes Creative Awards.
